We got held up in china customs..they were in the air to JFK yestarday..should ship out monday...as soon as they are in the door they are out again! I promise.
Another one taking your money before they have the stuff. They should tell you up front. How can you be sure its held up in customs? Maybe her supplier flew the coop with her money? How do you send others when you haven't even got your stuff yet? For the discount? Unbelievable.
Actually, my credit card was charged on 2/10/09 for my carts that I am STILL waiting for as of todayu 3/8/09. It really did not occur to me that they are never really coming?!?!?! I guess I now need to know for sure. WHERE ARE MY CARTS???????

To show you the issue.... i am posting the tracking info for the shipment we have been waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaiting for ,,,,,,the order was placed with the manufacturer the week you placed your order....this is just a reality at this time with the electronic cigarette...as I said you should not have been charged and we will be more than happy to refund you at any time... but we simply can not ship out what we don't have....

I Got Those lovely Chocolate Carts They Come With, Since My Normal Carts Were Back Ordered Without Any Notice...
So I Have A Brand New Bloog with The Grossest Flavored Chocolate Carts (not vapeable to me)..
I Tried Washing Them Out with Warm Water, Tried Flooding Them with Flavored juice, Tried Washing Out with VG, No Luck, Still Taste Like Shieat.
The Chocolate Carts They Come With Taste Like Cocoa Pig Crap.
So My Bloog is All Charged Up With No Regular Carts, Not Happy here..
Their suppose to have stock this week. But nothing pisses me off more then Not letting your customers know that you don't have product thats for sale on your website (like your suppose to do, or an email stating so)...
But The Point Is U Don't Advertise What You Don't have In Stock and Say 1 to 3 day Delivery when its not going to for at least another week anyways...
Just my thoughts...

I am going to have a serious talk with my team tomorrow...everyone who ordered something out of stock was supposed to be emailed immediatly!!!!
I agree this is unacceptable and will be corrected with inside my company!
This has nothing to do with legal issues in China... The manufacturer simply did not include the correct paperwork...as you can see it is now in the US... every single importer has had similar issues with US customs...we are actually forming an association to address these issues in our industry.
You quoted me below talking about legal issues...that was in regard to the Ruyan law suits...I agree that everyone is having these crazy occasional customs issues for sure...
Yes it is making very frustrating all around...thats why many of the importers like myself are really excited about the association....strength in numbers...
you will should see a special section of the forum soon announcing those who are part of the association of suppliers...
