I am very sorry you had this experience. We are still practically a brand new website...and demand has been really hard to catch up with. We are working on a site that will have live updates on stock, but currently it is coming and going to fast to keep up with.

We are always available to our customers by email/chat/forum and have no problems issuing a refund or giving an extra discount for a future order...

Dear Bloog Customers,
I want to reach out to all our Bloog Customers and communicate to you what is happening with our stock situation. We believe in being honest and forthright with our loyal Customers. We are in this business for the long run, and are committed to building a dedicated and loyal Customer base.

We have a very large stock shipment sitting at JFK Airport awaiting a Customs inspection. It has been there for over two weeks. Every day ... every 2 hours ...we call and are told that our shipment will be released the next day, hence we have told some of you we will ship your orders out on dates we have been unable to meet. What is happening is since this is a relatively new product for the U.S., Customs isn’t very familiar with it. “New” product raises “red” flags for Customs, and creates shipping delays. As we all know how governmental run agencies work, they are on their own schedule, and not much we can do to push them along.

While I know many of you have already received your product, there are some of you who have not. You have our humblest apology for the delay. Of course we are very frustrated because our goal is to not only meet your Customer Service expectations, but to exceed them. You have our commitment though that we will bring in ample inventory on our coming orders to keep us in stock should we have another “unforeseen” Customs delay in the future.


We have been on the phone non-stop with high level Customs Agents, and they are telling us will be able to pick up the product early next week. So to be conservative, I’d say we should be able to ship ALL our open orders by the end of next week. And again, we have plenty of more backup stock on the way and we shouldn’t face these types of delays going forward.

For anyone who doesn’t want to wait any longer, of course will refund your money on your request.


We really appreciate your loyalty, patience, and patronage. In these tough economic times we are all facing, I am absolutely overwhelmed by the kindness and understanding of our Bloog Customers.

Very sincere announcement, and yes, at this point its out of your hands.

But your not alone, every supplier that I have contacted on the US side waiting for parts are in the same boat and there is nothing that can be done about it.

For those waiting on carts alone, I would suggest simply ordering juice where you can and refill them in the meantime.

You'll get there nycsublimegirl, after this speedbump is all, and I feel you'll do well with the sincerety and passion for the market as you have shown.
