unfortunatly it is still in customs

I really feel for you guys. I got an email from Warren explaining the situation. I've been waiting for my order about a month already.

I'm not really bent out of shape or anything because all I ordered was carts to use with my epuffer Eaze Magnum and it's not even working!! Had to send the dam batteries back to epuffer and I have been dealing with this issue for more than a month. All I have as a reminder that I have a magnum is the charger and the worthless carts I got from them.

My concern is the freshness of the carts. These carts sitting in customs for 2 weeks (or maybe more by now) and God knows how long prior to it getting to JFK, what are the chances of the liquid in them being dried up or even expired? (Everything has a shelf life).

While I'm waiting to settle the situation I'm having with epuffer, do you think (once you get the shipment) you'll have enough starter kits or batteries for all the back orders and new orders? I am thinking about getting my hands on a battery from Bloog but if I'm going to wait another month then I'll just wait for my batteries to come back from epuffer.

We believe the order will be released today ... as we are told final review is being completed...but its not released till it is actually released...

As far as the questions regarding freshness the carts come to us sealed. We will test some of them when they come in to ensure their quality.

If for any reason you would be unhappy just let us know...

Regarding stock please email before you consider ordering and we can give you a list of exactly what is in stock.
