I am waiting so patiently to get my Bloog and carts...so are several of my friends so they can try it out...don't know if their going to go with Bloog after this fiasco! It’s Tuesday...is the material out of customs and at your location? Since BLOOG seems to be hounding customs, why not let your customers know how the hounding went today and everyday that the shipment doesn’t arrive.

here is the tracking number so you guys can see what we have been up against..

Everyday they tell us it is going to be released...every day they say one more guy just has to sign one more thing...

believe me Bloog is way more frustrated then you if you can believe it...we are loosing sales every day due to this.

then why continue to make false claims, both on this forum and emailed to your customers that your shipment has FINALLY been released and will be in your posession by Monday or Tuesday at the latest? If you know you're going to continue getting the runaround from customs, then why make false promises that you can't follow through on? and if you had another shipment mailed out to you, why not pay whatever premium there is to have it shipped to you as fast as possible, even if you lose money on that shipment,,,, what's more important? taking a loss up front and maintaining your customer base, or continuing to give people false hope without any promise of compensation or certainty, not having your product available and having all of your customers upset and seeking their products elsewhere? why even bother to have your site still up and running when you can't even seem to follow up on anything you say? cry me a river with your tracking number....

We are being honest....we have been working with custom brokers, customs and the FDA, we have passed along their sincerest assurances...we are not just making up things... We had no way to know that they were making false statements...

as far as compensation anyone can cancel their orders at any time...as long as then send us an email.

There is no way to ship these things overnight or express from china......if there was we would 100/% utilize that ability...and the new orders still have to go through Chinese and US customs...

We can not help the result of this issue...and customers being upset...if they do choose to buy somewhere else we completely understand but it is simply out of our hands we are not magicians...we simply can't make e-cigarettes appear from thin air.....

Honestly though...who do you think is more upset those that can't spend their money or us who can't make any?????

Sorry, I was just passing through and saw this post.

You know shipping these products from Point A to Point B is not as easy as it sounds. Sometimes there is complications, and even when dealing with Customs/Government, one person can tell you one thing and in reality the opposite can happen. Sadly there is no 'magical' command that will allow things to be cleared. It's luck of the draw, I can't believe that someone who has 5 posts come in here and be so nasty.

Regardless, she's offered people their money back so I don't see what the big deal is. If you're tired of waiting you have an out, I just don't understand what benefit you are getting from slandering a perfectly good seller who has ran into an issue with customs. It's a learning experience for us all, so please try to understand that.


Edit: Maybe emailing your order # or information directly to the supplier may also assist your issue.
