My order just came in and thank you very much. The product so for is Amazing! The only complaint I have is the vanilla carts that I ordered were not in there. The packaging was slightly open so I cant hold you responsible but I thought I would let you guys know. Like I said so far so good this e-cig hits like a monster. I don't know which one I like better this or my Dura-c. Customer service was good as well with my order thanks again.

Hi, prob a little slack for patience on my end but purposly order from you cause you state u ship on fridays. Placed order thurs and now fri eve and order still on "open" status,,,also no return email. First e-cig purchase ever and already got a bad taste...product will have to be superb or prob use return policy...

I love everything I read about the bloog itself. I intend on blooging my way to a smoke free life. I will admit, I am nervous. After researching, I placed a call to *Outta Control* They stated... The e-cig they sell is Bloog but that she is out of them. She said she placed a call about the white ones and was told they were on back order.
Upon reading over these different threads, it appears your company deals with quite a few consumer complaints involving stock and shipments. Here's where nervous plays a role....I am not in a position to be waiting on a shipment or back orders. I also do not want to purchase bulk....I intend on dropping doses as I feel suited. I need for you to give me some kind of security in costumer satisfaction.... anything new as of today?
BTW: Upon speaking with *Outta Control* Donna stated to me that the bloogs that were in house sold very quickly. How come a rep from bloog planet isn't making visits to restock product weekly? Its how many miles from Hazlet to Marlboro??

We have resolved our stock issues months ago...we are currently stocked and intend to remain that way.
As far as "outta control" I am not aware of them being a distributor for Bloog....however if they are being out of stock is an issue they are having ...as we have plenty of stock to refill them...they would just have to place an order.

we currently do not have a 1 pack (5 carts) sample pack.....however you can with the 25 or 50 pack
even though our website does not have the feature to buy a mixture of flavors in the 25/50 cart packs......if you order 25/50 of one kind/flavor then just email or call us after you order we can make a mixture of the 25/50 (5/10 flavors)
