nothing is really going to satisfy everyone expect announcing when we have our stock in....

I promise you will be the first to know...

in the meantime you can buy from our compatible competitors...red dragon AZ, smoke 51 FL, loong totem in China... completely compatible.

Also I have personally tried a Vapor king cart on our batteries...and although it is not a perfect thread fit it does work as well....(however it produces a lot less vapor I would say about 50-75% less....but the trade off is the throat hit about 50-75% stronger....)....a few other notes on the vapor king ...

our carts do not fit on their batteries at all...I know, seems strange when theirs can be screwed onto ours...but our carts are not wide enough

When you use their batteries with their carts they have a lighter draw but less vapor ....compared to a harder draw and more vapor when they are screwed onto a bloog battery (it seems to be an issue of air flow through the battery)...also chargers are not compatible at all....

We do have a few extra batteries so if you need to return or exchange something please email us with your original invoice #..

I would not "post here for services like that" but I have emailed you as I said and I also pm'ed you and that was days ago and haven't gotten any reply. So I ask if you were me, and you didn't get a reply but you still saw replies being made on the forum from the manager of the company, what would you do?

I really didn't mean that snippy....I just have no way to track what you are saying through a forum post...and it goes for everyone who has been posting...These forums are not really designed for customer service...

I recieved your PM on tuesday and fowarded it to our orders department....I have given them a verbal beating about this...I am sure they processed it but i agree its unacceptable that you did not recieve a response confirmation.

I will ensure that you receive one shortly

Our FDA Lawyer told us today that the local FDA rep said it was flagged due to a reference number on her list to flag it, but doesn't know why its suposed to be flagged...so our lawyer called her boss in DC who informed us there is no current flag on electronic cigarettes, although they are very aware they exist and do not like them....but he said they have no current authority over them...so now our lawyer is working on getting a conference call with the local rep in NY and her boss in DC to clear this up and get it released once and for all....

side note....They can only hold shipments for 30 days without giving a decisive reason..

Lastly we are awaiting a new shipment...

sorry to bud in here sublime, but come on guys, give her a break. She gave you tracking #'s refund options, whatever you need to be happy. s@#* happens. please stop making accusations on her thread, i am sure she will email you and back up what she says. There are serious issues happening out of her control and she is trying to make you happy. This is abusive and totally out of her hands at the moment.
Just chill out on her thread and make a decision on the options she has given you!

Again sublime, sorry to but in, but I just cant sit on the sidelines.
 
I don't know but when I email Bloog, I get a response back no later than a day. I guess i'm lucky?

I'm just waiting on a carton of carts.

I''m just going to be patient and wait to see what happens.

I have found that I am going to have to play the waiting game with all the suppliers I do business with for one reason or another and blowing my top and complaining about it is not going to change anything beyond the suppliers control.

It is a sad but true fact in the e-cig industry that demands are high, supplies are low and customs/FDA are nothing but a pain in our asses!!!

You probably have no way of knowing for sure, but do you think that this is a one-time problem with customs and that after it's resolved it won't happen with later shipments?

BTW, you seem genuine and sincere. Despite the customs problems I'll be ordering as soon as your stock is replenished.

There is no way to tell...considering all the variables...there would be no problem on our end recieving them...but i can not speak for customs or the FDA...there are several suppliers in the same boat...maybe more to come maybe not

If you are waiting for a back order of cartridges, as I am, this may be an alternative for now. I ordered some cartridges and e-liquid from e-cig.com. They ship from China. I ordered cartridges for their E9 which is compatible with the BLOOG battery. I placed my order on March 22-09 and received it in Washington US on April 1st. The cartridges fit great, no problem.
 
Funny that you are able to receive carts from China, Rose, within just over a week, but after over a month, Bloog can't seem to get their shipment and fulfill my order. I have no choice but to return my product.

I might get banned for posting in another supplier's forum but...

My take is that her intentions are good. She obviously got caught in the crossfire from Customs and FDA by trying to play a fair game and needs all of our support. She's in the trenches and it could have been any one of us.

Monday we will be unveiling our brand new site!!!!! it is super cool if I do say so myself.... we have addressed all of our cart issues and made some major strides with the design and layout.

When the site is up Monday we will be fully stocked and ready to go!

Anyone waiting on anything will be sent out ASAP!


I apologize to all for the many hiccups we have experienced up to this point...thank all of you for your patience and support.
