Bone Vapes is boning me

A thread in this forum asks if anyone has info/experience about the supplier "Bone Vapes". As a new member I am restricted to this forum but got here looking for a way to reach that supplier, who has my money and does not respond to emails. An order was placed 11 days ago and was marked "Awaiting fulfillment". Nothing since. I will post to the vendor complaint subforum when I can, but I wonder if there is a legal entity who I could get involved.

Vendor sub forum probably won't do u much good, I don't think they are an ECF approved supplier. Never heard of them, either..... Do they have a number u can call?

Considering it was a month ago and there were no responses, it's pretty safe to say that folks here don't do business with them at this time.

Never heard of these guys either, they don't really have any contact info on their website. But I went through every page on their site, and found this
"Note: Please keep in mind that orders shipped from overseas (China) do take longer to reach a western destination. Most orders will reach their destination in 2-3 weeks, though on occasion, more time is required if your countries Customs Department delays it further."
I know it takes freaking forever when ordering from China. So that may be it.

I saw that the order might be coming from china, but the company is registered in Florida. It is now several weeks with no email response and I was hoping to find some commerce policing agency that might ensure me (and others) against fraud.
Maybe the order will just show up some day, but there should be a way to stop their American operations if they are fraudulent.
