They also appear to be planning a dual 18650 DNA 200 Boxer, which will be similar to the SX350J. Per Evolv's test firmware for 2 cell battery configurations, it would likely be limited to 133 Watts.

Btw. Hows your research for new ZIPPY backup/replacement?
Its quite small 3S battery and dimmensions not leave u to much of choices. All I have found is Rhino 650mAh.

I just spent hours going through the DNA 200 thread (180+ pages) and while I am not an expert by any means, several people mentioned that the 2S lipo's will not work with the DNA 200, or at least limit it to 133 Watts. Don't quote me, but I would stay away from the 2S.
Im not gonna quote if u wish to but I have to answer that anyway. Theres no point to discredit 2S (better to say 7.4V). Software is still in beta indeed but BOXERs ''problem'' is slighty diffrent. Theres simply no room for any other LiPo than ZIPPY (my own research). Im absolutly fine with limitation up to 130W - theres no prob with it. Its all about size and wish to have TOP LiPo brand (BOXER simply deserve some MaxAmps - thats it).

Ah, the LiPo religion wars - Zippy vs. MaxAmps vs. Flightpower vs . . . Just as their is people who criticize HobbyKing, MaxAmps isn't without its detractors:

MaxAmps has been roundly accused in various RC forums of overstating their specs. I wouldn't refuse to use them if their size fit my application and there were no other viable choices...however, they are overpriced and I would try my hardest (even to the point of an enclosure redesign) to avoid having to pay their asking price.

Ooo I like the white a lot. Anyone know how that color holds up as far as discoloring and wear?
Secondly, by "this mod is ready for sale" do you know if that means they will begin shipping soon? edit: as Carnage9270 states below, ready for production. Got it!

I think by the context he means he has worked out all the bugs and production can begin.
That white is fresh out of the 3D printer, they won't ship that way, it'll have a coating.
So that means it will not quite look like that, but it should also be more durable and not fade or become discolored?
