Seems my breathing has got worse. I smoked cigarettes for a year. Been vaping for 6 months. I use 90vg 3mg and vape 15ml a day roughly.

I also have anxiety and have been seeing the whole popcorn lung thing, so I may just be driving myself crazy. Is popcorn lung really that easy to get? Anyone actually get it from vaping or is it a load of crap

Good God, cut the VG down.
I smoked pack and a half a day for over 36 years and been tobacco free for 6 months. I stick around 70/30 or 60/40 for my juices. High VG only gunks up my coils and doesn't give me any satisfaction. Not to mention I go through .... loads of juice since it leaves me unsatisfied

Popcorn Lung is way over blown, diacytle is much higher in cigarettes and not a single case of popcorn lung in centuries of smoking, I'm not in the least bit worried

nothing but a buncha damn greasy mustard tigars in this thread... disgusting.

you don't get popcorn lung from vaping pure VG, ya don't get popcorn lung from vaping ANY juices. have any of you ever heard of any of the million + members of ECF, or other E-cig forums, complaining that they vaped and wound-up with popcorn lung syndrome? No?

Didn't think so. Now, people working in the microwave-popcorn industry, would develop breathing issues, due to the fact that a certain butter flavoring in the powdered ingredients, could be inhaled, and could potentially cause lung issues. It literally attacks the tissue of the inner lining of the human lung, creating scar tissue, and progressively aggressively limiting oxygen generation. BAD NEWS! Now, yes, some of our earliest e-liquids utilized/contained this ingredient... But enough of us made an issue of it, that most reputable vendors STOPPED using this flavor agent in their e-liquids. Simple as that.

Now, I'm not at all certain that ya'll are talking about what I'm speaking of above? But I'm fairly certain that ya'll don't even know what your talkin about anyways. :p lol. I vaped 100% VG juice for a while, and yes, my lungs began feeling heavier. I simply switched to a higher PG ratio, the heaviness went away, and I haven't had issue since. I now vape between 50/50 and 30/80 w/no issues. I've even vaped high VG (100%) juice SINCE those days, with NO heavy-lung issue. I guess ya get used to it. ;) I think yall will be just FINE! VAPE ON and ENJOY the vape journey!!
