Well In theory a larger DIa. wire and a longer wire would have more surface area , so a long coil @ 3ohms would use a much larger wire dia. and would last a LONG time ! , I have not done nearly as much work in this area as you have KW so any advice is welcome.

I have the damn thing already designed LOL , it would use a coil/wick holder that plugs into a socket ( for easy replacement ) it would look very much like the bottle setup you have shown but refined.

I have some Nichrome wire around here and can get some larger stuff very easily , so a mock up would be fairly quick and easy to see if I am at all correct in my assumptions . What do you recommend for the WICK ???

I have seen some fireplace seal at Mcmaster-carr that looks good , the other thing is this coil could also be much larger in Dia. so the wick could be bigger also

that's the problem THE WICK, we just figured out in the last week or two a wicking system could work as well as the GG AFS, when a E2's working good (seems to be ALL about wicking about working good) it's just as good as dripping that's why i say the wire/cup/mount is done., just reverse engineer that part of the E2.
Somehow something fireproof has to be combined with the micronetting used in PTB, I don't think PTB can take the heat. Everyone who has cut the E2 wick and put folded PTB from the cup into the juice has had great vaping, wicking problems over.

OK when i find the post of what it is, go to YouTube - DJbizzum's Channel and watch the one where badkolo put's his folded PTB in an E2, i havn't tried it but EVERYONE says it solves the wicking problem

I can vouch it works perfect!! On a stock e2

On the bottle mod I don't blieve it is needed... Which leads me to blieve that the "wick" that is used in a e2 works well under the right conditions... With a wider bodied carto the wick material used which is silica if I'm not mistaken.. SHOULD perform well

Well I am working on a ******* system, I think I can get it to work so it would self feed the coil ?? so that you would not rely on the wick to source all of the juice it would have 2 feeds this way.

I will look into that , thanks

This sounds very interesting:) I'm watching now )

Ya Nick, i was about ready to do the badkolo PTB mod, working on balancing my drinking so my hands are steady enough, and Billy came up with the BOTTLE mod and so far I think it will work too, not there yet but will see, working with too small bottles I think, and they WORKED SO WELL, knew it was the way to go.
But that PTB stuff is SO GOOD, if mike is going to market with something I think it can be included in some kind of bottle he gets the Chinese to make for him. Do you know what the PTB’s are made of, I saw a post where someone found it in sheets.

I think it's somewhere in the mega e2 thread... Bc it wasn't possible for the Australians to get LPTB so someone said that they can order it... Not sure where it is... I think badkolo had tried to get the Chinese to add ptb to the carto and was denied... I'm not 100% sure though.... Damn mike u got the resources I guess... If. U need any help there are PLENTY of member here that have TONS of info and helpful hints to get this to work correctly :)

I know, but I don’t think is just lack of CNC machines is the reason the Greek doesn’t make his self feeding system, IMHO the concept is flawed, for sure it’s expensive and violates Ockham Razor and KISS. Wicking I think is just missing the right system

Hey all , there is a review in the, well Reviewers section - !! , if you would like to add your input it would be very much appreciated !

You all know how this stuff works HYPE is everything in this business .

Just ask CHUCK !

BTW I need to find some kind of giveaway any ideas ?? M&m's LOL !!

I saw that review and wanted to add a post so badly but it is one of the areas that I have no access to as a supplier associate. I have been spreading the word to anyone and everyone that I talk to that the Buzz is a reliable and sturdy VV mod that I am very impressed with.
