I'm getting 7-10 days consistently out of them. vaping 59/50 juice. Medium Amber color or lighter. As soon as I get any change in flavor I dump the coil.
What power source are you using?

MVP2/CanaDNA30/eleaf....15W is 15W regardless of the regulated mod as far as I know ;P

Coming up on Four weeks on one of my coils. Thinking about changing that one.

The other one is a couple of Weeks old.

I've had one die after Three to Four days. That one was running a darker juice.

I generally vape lighter juices.

No cleaning, other than the spring-loaded 510 pin and the well the coil sits in.

10-12.5W.

If you guys are legit getting 7-14 days with no drop off then there coils definitely have quality control issues just like the BDCs doh!!!!! Big Doh!!!!

I would agree if you had some degree of success.
From your prior posts it reads as if each and every coil you've tried is failing within 48hrs.
Many others have posted that they are firing at 15 watts with longevity.
I wouldn't blame it on QC it may may be user error.
Not trying to sound harsh. Contact Aspire maybe they can provide help.

I've found if I don't allow the coil to properly soak when first used they don't last as long.

Now I prefill them like cartos before I use them.

The Giraffe

Interesting. This could be part of it then I don't let them soak much before I start puffing

I have tried this on the last two BVC heads and I will say it had definitely improved the initial performance of the head itself. I usually send down 4 to 6 drops and let it sit over night. It fires right up in the morning and the flavor is great.
I'm wondered if I am not just having issues with my taste buds and the Custard juice itself. I'm so quick to blame the head when it could be I just need to take a break from it.

8/9 Watts on darker colored liquids give me 4-5 Fills before any noticable performance drop off. Clearer juice 8/9 watts gives me an average of 7-8 fills before any noticeable drop off. I pre-saturate for 30-45 mins before installing new heads (3-4 moderate drops) , instant full on flavor and fires up instantly.

I tried some generic BVC coils that weren't made by aspire and they only lasted 2-3 fills with the clear juice, for the savings of 25-30cents a head ; I rather just buy the authentic aspire and get maximum performance. Just my opinions.

One thing we really need to start doing is measuring the longevity of these heads in tanks and not time. One person could easily vape 7 tanks a week while another vapes two.

The Giraffe

Would also have to note tank size, would be hard to select one specific size or tank to use as a control of measurement.

For arguement sake , average tank size 2ml?

I say we just go by ml's. That should simplify things.

This is a good idea. I'm sure some of the longer run times are due, as in my case, to the time it takes to get through a 5ml tank.

I'm getting about Three days per fill up on a 5ml tank.

The longevity of these coils is impressive even so.
