This is a good idea. I'm sure some of the longer run times are due, as in my case, to the time it takes to get through a 5ml tank.

I'm getting about Three days per fill up on a 5ml tank.

The longevity of these coils is impressive even so.

I am also impressed. If I can get 15-20ml out of a coil that's a deal to me. I think people in general are asking kind of a lot from these heads. I mean, I would have to rewick my kayfun and Erl every 10-15ml, somtimes sooner. Drippers get rewicked once a day... I really think people are asking for something that cant be done with known technology. If you can get 20+ml through anything other than a genny with mesh without rewicking, I'd love to see it..

I agree. Although I have say that I am monitoring my usage on both the full size and mini.
I measure the mls that I go through as well as the day change.
All my juices are 50/50 and are light to medium color.
My run time per coil is right around 50 mls before I see any change at all.
I'm happy with what they are giving me.
One more note ,I find no color change in my juice like I have experienced in other tanks.

50mls on one coil is phenomenal o_o

I must be doing something wrong then, after (15ml ish?) I start to see a performance decline.

What 5ml tank are you using with these coils? I thought largest was Aspire Nova-S.

The wife and I are getting 30 to 40 ml max vg through ours. She runs 9 to 10w on her MVP2 and I'm at 10 to 11w on a Vamo v3 or the IPV2 when I forget to charge the Vamo's battery. I do clean the tanks from bottom to top every couple of days though. I find a little crud on the coils screen and clean that up wit a q tip but thats about it. I'll use the mods ohmmeter to track coil performance when I replaced them 3 weeks ago they read 1.8 on both, my wife's read 1.9 last night and mine's 2.0 now. I'm noticing a slight decrease in performance and my wife's going strong.

Let me know how I can help. I've had such great success with these coils. 2 months of use and tracking the lifespan.

What are you doing in the regards to maintenance on your BVC heads aside from general purpose cleaning?
I've been using a 70/30 juice primarily as its my ADV and after about 15Ml I start to notice milder flavor.

Has anyone discovered what happened if you let one of these heads completely dry out then re-saturate at a later date?

I don't clean them. When I see the quality decrease I raise the voltage. The 70/30 ratio may require higher voltage.
I think the mod used plays a role in longevity. Just because your power is set to a v/w doesn't mean that the delivery is accurate. You can check the output with a volt meter or multimeter. I'm using a provari which I know delivers a consistent output until the battery shuts down.

Good point here if I can fill 3-4 5ml tanks per head it's worth it

I'm getting about 3 days' worth of solid Vaping at 12.2 watts, 70vg/30pg light liquid.

First day and a half the flavor is great...by the last day it's just my preference to change it out. Only had one BVC taste burnt after the fifth day.

Worth it, IMO...better than wondering if 3 out of a 5-pack of BDC or Kanger coils will be bad QC.

I'm running my nautilus with the BVC at 16 watts right now. Seems to be doing good, but I only just purchased it. I'll try to report back and see how it does within the next couple weeks. I used to run the Aerotank Mega coils at 18 watts or so and they would go for about 2 weeks

Don't get me wrong, I envy the heck out of what you've been able to do, but I just know that would have never worked if I'd tried it. They (especially the kanger) would have pooped out on me in ten minutes at 18 watts.

Nautilus actually just started getting dry so I'm down to 13 watts and still enjoying it. The mega definitely does keep up though, but only with the replacement coils that are slotted, rather than the ones with the 4 intake holes. I don't know if the 4 holes are a new design or not, but they don't work near as well

I got around 3 weeks on my first coil before I started to notice the vapor falling off.
I am on my second coil and it has been going for two weeks and still vaping nice.

I vape at 10 watts on an MVP v2 and usually fill up my Nautilus Mini two to three times a day.

Maybe I am not as picky but I think it vapes fine the first two to three weeks. I use 50/50 blend juice at 18mg nicotine. Usually just fruit flavors.

I don't clean them, even when I switch flavors. I just put in a new flavor when the tank is nearly empty. After the first couple of vapes the new flavor starts to come through.

    Hey guys.

I just am trying the BVC coils for Nautilus for the first time.

It's got heavier vapor and more cig-like qualities. I think I'll stick with them, if they last long like the BDC's did.

I vape at 3.5v/7 watts. The BDC's lasted about 2-3 weeks normally. Sometimes one would burn out after 1.5 .

    So far, so good !

Can anyone link me to other forum posts about the BVC coils ? Thanks.

Oh PS (edit) : I am using %100 VG Liquid.%100 Organic as well. Cheers !

my first bvc coil lasted about a week....14 watts 50/50 blend of light nicoticket juice in a vaporshark rdna....Now i am getting about 2-3 days....Not happy about that...can some of you people that are getting good results post a link to where you are buying them....that would be great....

I'm with you buddy mine last 2-3 5ml tanks before I notice a drop off. They really shine fresh they hiss and spit the vapor and flavor at you but then it doesn't last that long... but like others pointed out what can you expect they are already pretty magical... when I rebuild I change my wicks almost every other day as well so.....
