C-SPAN2 starting tobacco coverage now

Dodd sure changed his position on the FDA regulation pretty quickly. It was him who said tobacco regulation should not be left to the FDA, but to the CDC just a few weeks ago. My blood is boiling right now. Just as Burr mentioned, CHILDREN can read in black and white too. This bill as it stands will do little if anything for the children! Anyone with common sense would vote for this amendment. It WILL be a travesty if it doesn't pass.

i don't think he is necessarily agreeing that the fda should handle it but now is trying to just adjust the bill that is passed to be amended to try to help out with the crap they had in the original bill.
