Did a quick google search because honestly I had no idea what a "Z attty pro" was... OMG. I felt guilty placing my order for the Eternity rba @ $29.... but the z atty @ $160!!! better be made of solid gold. almost the cost of a provari. To each his own I guess but you sir are crazy.

Those costs in limbo I'd be kicking in the door at customs!

It started with the lava tube then the eGo twist. Add to that the atomizers and the tanks. Then I made the mistake of taking a pull on SloHand's Provari. When I got the Vivi Nova then there had to be the perfect set up. So that's the story of how I got to the ZAP.

The issue at hand however may or may not end up as a question of money but question of principal. As I keep saying if there is an assessment I may fight or I may pay the tax.

I'm sure it's only a matter of time for me, three months ago I was completly happy with my echo battery with the echo cartos, now its the twists and the vivi's, tomorrow its the eternity RBA, soon enough the provari...

and i have to admit it looked pretty sweet.

Nevertheless you should have had some kind of notification from customs by now. Tomorrow it willl be 1 month in limbo which is outrageous. Have you rechecked the Canada post tracking?...I'm sure you have. Is there a strike somewhere? Did a vaper working at customs see the shiny atty and pull a quick one? Did Provape get it sent back and it was lost in the shuffle? I know there are some BIG changes in processes in CP going on now (I have a lettercarrier in the family), maybe their tracking is "pooched", or it was dropped in some other joes mailbox.

So many questions and its not even my atty, like i said I would be "kicking in the door at customs" making calls ect. Getting someone on the phone, they dont know anything well, get a supervisor on the line. May have to climb some kind of chain of command but there will be someone with answers.
Anyway I'll stop rambling, getting nervous about my RBA comin from the US of A.

I hope it just suddenly appears in your mailbox :nun:
I'll be rooting for you:mail:

1. There is me and another ECF member in the GTA who are short our ZAP's.
2. Spoke to CP and they were as helpful as they could be.
3. Spoke to and am on a "direct speed dial" to Provape who are Jughead's quality customer service.
4. USPS is running an "investigation". We are expecting a report on the USPS investigation Monday PM late. It has to come from them because they are the carrier of origin.

I would love to talk to someone except every number end up with a computer voice or dead end except for one with referred us back to CP.

Have you tried the border services, they are the go to for customs......

Border Information Service (BIS) ...."Officers are available Monday to Friday (08:00 - 16:00 local time / except holidays) should callers require additional information"....

Here is where I determined that the CBSA is who in customs has your package... Postal Program - Importing by Mail

I hope this can help.

In august i ordered 580$ worth of ecigs and ejuice from totally wicked. It took 4 days to come to canada and then was stuck in customs missasauga for 30 days! They then sent my package Back to totally wicked in florida. I had to fight with totally wicked to get a refund and then they gave me the runaround so i had to call my credit card company and put in a dispute.. I will never order anything ecig related from the states again! Canada customs are the worse. They also sent me a letter explaining that nicotine is a prohibited substance and would not be allowed to enter the country. Of all the things that get through customs (guns, drugs ect) they choose to waste manpower targetting us. Its such a joke!

This is taken with apologies to NoizMaker from a post he made on June 24th this year

The short answer is: No. Vaping is 100% legal in Canada, however the sale and trade of nicotine juice is currently "banned" (for lack of a better term). Canada Customs reserves the right to confiscate nicotine e-liquids and e-liquid containing hardware (Such as pre-filled cartomizers and cartridges) so if you order supplies from out of the country, you risk having your juice sent back to the retailer or held for testing.

The risk of this is not as serious as it sounds but is still there, some Canadian vapers have never had a problem and vape nothing but American E-Juice while others have had the unfortunate luck of having multiple shipments confiscated or returned.

You can't be arrested, held, harassed or fined for vaping in any place.

As far as the supplier its like everything else the good bad and the ugly.

So far its been nothing but computerized responses and with respect to speaking with "Officers are available Monday to Friday (08:00 - 16:00 local time / except holidays) should callers require additional information". That is for B to B not B to Citizen and you get referred back to CP.

I just don't know whats taking so long they're probably monitoring this sub forum anyways ..... So Canada Customs person monitoring this forum LET MY Z ATTY PRO go.
