Hey Canadian Suppliers;

I'm just curious what kind of legalities you need to look out for when running your buisness. I only ask this, as I have some great contacts and could potentially bring some solid product and prices to the table.

I've searched up and down for any information on importing nicotine to Canada, and sales of electronic cigarettes/e-liquid on the health canada pages and the FDA act.

Is it legal to supply domestically in Canada? Are there loopholes in the legal system or is it just a grey area?

Any information would be appreciated!

Posting what one knows or doesn't know may come back to haunt them, so I doubt you are going to get an answer.

My suggestion is to read any objections, from any enforcement agency you may be aware of. Then check their references to legislation. Draw your own conclusions, or seek legal advice. Free advice from here is worth what you pay for it, and not something to rely on in this circumstance.

Ultimately its the court's decision on how to interpret the legislation, if a government agency brings action based on their belief that one is in violation of a certain act. Hopefully you would have a position and augment to the contrary, unless you are a foolish risk taker, or are prepared to accept the consequences. That's the definition of a grey market. The ruling setting precedence would make it a black or white market, if its not the latter already ;)

I will say taking the route of seeking approval for a small personal vaporizer (aka e-cigarette) to be classified as an "approved medical delivery device" is at best futile and at worst by your actions, implication that you believe it is one, thus you are almost self incriminating yourself.

Maybe this might work.

DSE-L88, 8084 - Cartridges

I don't deal with those so I can't say forsure. Ask that supplier.

Rob

Hey!

I normally wouldn't be posting this but I am aware of a number of customers that lost money to that website!

To the best of my knowledge, they accepted orders but did not ship. Please be careful. Make sure to contact the vendor and put out feelers here in the forum before placing an order with them.

Not trying to bash a supplier. If Rhonda is around, please correct me. Last I heard, there was nobody home there, no responses to emails but they were somehow accepting orders...

Happy vaping!

I receieved an email from her on Friday. The site is listed as for sale on an auction website, which is why I stumbled on it.

I have no idea about their shipping but on the auction site it said that they became to busy to give the business enough attention, hence the reason for sale.

I would contact them before hand (as you would to find out if their stock is compatiable). By the sounds of it, its not a scam operation but rather a case of biting off more than you could chew.

On the upside with that being old stock and with the business for sale, you might be able to get a deal on a lifetime supply or something.

My 2 cents.

Premium Electronic Cigarette Kits, Juice + Supplies

Sean @ Electronic-cigz.com carries the regular JC line, so if anyone WILL be carrying it, he would be the one to talk to.

Thanks! They are no longer carrying it, but I emailed him as per your post and they are carrying a new crystal line which includes VG, the VG hasn't been posted to the site yet but he emailed me the prices they look good. I'll be buying some different 10mls from him to test out.

Thanks Rob

anyone have anything tobacco in the lower nic concentrations? (555, flue cured, etc)

You can cut the tobacco with PG, but of course that will decrease the flavor. One solution is to cut it with 0mg menthol which will give you a menthol tobacco (light) flavor. That is if you like menthol... I have a customer that does just that.

Vapables has some 18mg, so 50% that to 50% 0 nic menthol, would give you 9mg..

Does anyone know of a Canadian vendor that carries 6 mg/ml liquid (or something lower than 12?)

Thanks!
Hap[y Vapor carries a variety of 0 nic. Depending on what flavour you are looking for, you might be able to use them as "doublers" to get the 6 nic you desire from a higher nic without the loss of flavour.
