I used WTA to help me stop smoking. WTA juice isn't cheap but I found I needed very little of it to change my smoking habits DRASTICALLY. I'm kind of generally phasing it out, but if I feel that cravings and whatnot get worse, I will buy more until I do NOT need it. To me, this tradeoff was worth passing up the feeling from about 3 p.m. until "bedtime" like ants were crawling under my skin. I put a separate tank together that's mostly regular juice and a little WTA and use it if I need it... Which tends to be less and less. When I started, I'd put a small squirt of the DIY aroma juice (I can only use VG) into my tank when refilling. Smaller and smaller squirts as I went.
Aroma's juice is excellent quality, IMO. The unflavored has a faint taste of tobacco, which goes away once I mix it into my regular juice. I was really motivated to quit this time, and I also dual used some, but I KEPT vaping, no matter what, and eventually that day came. If you are supremely frustrated I'd suggest Nic Salts (same kind of nicotine found in tobacco) or WTA as a next step, as well as remembering quitting is a PROCESS. If you don't stop the process by giving up, or thinking you can't do it, the process will continue and you will find that you have quit. Just keep working on trying to reduce cigs for now and celebrate every victory! I bought knitting supplies when I had my first cigarette free day, and a guitar and some (free, heh) guitar lessons from my little brother via skype when my singing voice returned. Both items were under the cost of 2 weeks of cigarette usage for me... I practice every day, and knit in meetings and other places where I cannot vape.
Also, exercise improvements were a great motivator for me.
Best of luck, and seriously try some other things. It may be well worth it in the short term if you can give up smoking. If you can't, continuing to vape will increase your chances of quitting in the future, as well as hopefully letting you slooowllly reduce your cigarettes.
