Well, I thought we already covered this. Of course it's authentic. I mean if 'French' fries are not really French but they are still authentic fries, then 'Hawaiian' pizza though Canadian in origin rather than Hawaiian is still authentic pizza.

Or maybe there simply is no pizza ........

I saw REAL pizza being made on TV once. In the real Pizza in Italy. It's made in really hot charcoal fired ovens on hot stones, and all they have on it is tomato sauce and slices of local cheese. The old guys making it were very scornful about so-called pizza made in America with all sorts of non-authentic stuff piled on top.

I like mine thin crust with double pepperoni.

Which to be perfectly honest is not often, since I'm watching my delicate figure these days.

I did not like pizza in Italia. Crust was good, but toppings... I like rich toppings, not just mozzarella and poor man tomatoes (roma tomatoes)
