I just started messing around with 7.4 volts again with an i7. I used two Trustfire Li-ion batteries and had my CR open only 1/2 turn. Leaking was pretty major but no burned taste at all. In order to have a good vape at 7.4 volts, the atty has to be flooded and leaking willoccur. I would assume though that with the upcoming AFS for the GGTS the leakage issue will go away.
Leaking will totally disapear with the new GGTS AVS Boom but you can put wool around the 4 holes of the brass connector of the current AFS to stop any leakage. We need wool that is not very towelling. We need something like the harder piece of a scotch brite. You cut a cylinder piece and a hole inside it and put it around the 8 holes.
