very curious concerning 7.4V  :D

Same here emonty as I have about a doz of the i7 iatties I stocked up on. I tried 7.4 on the AFS V2 for a couple of days. That juice gets to boiling! Had a few hot drops of juice boil up and hit me in the mouth a couple times. That will certainly get your attention! I actually put a soft carto tip on the iatty and then used the GG mouth piece on the V2 and that cured that little ordeal. I still prefer the flavor that 6volts and the carto have. It's just an awesome combo for me personally.:D

I use my GGTS EXT with the 2 x 18650 in it at 7.4 w/i7 with the V2 and love it, the whole trick is at that voltage to keep the Atty a bit more flooded because it burns hotter and you do use more juice, I go through a tank very fast with this setup, but keep it very wet and take short quick hits and the vapor is very very thick much thicker and different I wished I could use this set up with chilled liquid, that would be perfect

1. I yield to emonty's expertise on the mouthpiece question, and to his expertise on the cartoed afs in general. I am truly his student.

2. As for 7.2/7.4 volts on the cartos, they tend to scorch the sweeter flavors, but it makes tobacco flavors take more analogey. Looking forward to trying some cigar flavor in this sucker at that voltage.

3. Otherwise, it's cartos and 6v for me all the way.

How do you keep it flooded? I like to just vape and not think about anything just enjoy the vape...

MWA102464..very true! I keep that atty gurgling and sumbmerged at 7.4v. Don't get me wrong, I do like the warmth of the vapor at 7.4v and I do fire that bad boy up at higher voltages when the urge hits me. I just perfer the 6v and carto for overall pleasure. I use the GGTS at about every fucntion it has. I think far too many people under utilize these mini tanks!
I also take it to the pool with me, out on the boat fishing, mowing the lawn and yes it has gone out in the woods with me too! These things are Heavy Duty and very versitile. If I wanted a cream puff PV I would have bought a different brand. I'll be darned if I pay top dollar for something im not going to utilize to its fullest capacity. I didnt buy it to baby it either. I treat them rough and they can take it. I do give them a proper cleaning when needed. Mine you, I dont bounce them on the pavement, but mine do have major character marks and still work as good as the day i got them! oops....sorry about the soap box routine...you gotta love the things though.....just stating the facts.

I just started messing around with 7.4 volts again with an i7. I used two Trustfire Li-ion batteries and had my CR open only 1/2 turn. Leaking was pretty major but no burned taste at all. In order to have a good vape at 7.4 volts, the atty has to be flooded and leaking willoccur. I would assume though that with the upcoming AFS for the GGTS the leakage issue will go away.

Imeo can verify, as he is the only one with the new AFS......

OK guys I just took my tank out of the Freezer and got my Juice extra cold and hit it at the 7v, it is very good like this I think, not something I could always take the time to do but its very good, I enjoy 6v more and it is my daily vape with HV Attys of course, but the cartos are really good at 6v, for some reason I believe the filler in the carto acts as a filter does on a regular cig, it filters any bad things through the vape and makes everything taste better, just my $0.02 but I do believe this, the taste is just better, nothing ever taste burnt, next im going to stick my other tank in the fridge with a carto in it and try that, for some reason the cold liquid also taste good and vapes well, im just putting my full tank in not the whole unit, chilling the fluid very cold then throwing it on the GGT or TS and vaping it, this may be good as an after dinner treat, put in freezer while eating then pull it out when done who knows, just a little test

We will have stainless steel drip tips in any day now (NOT GG stainless tips for the AFS)

I don't have any drip tips and vaporkings doesn't seem to carry them.
Where should I go to get one?

I'm still trying to figure out how someone sniped that mouthpiece :p. I hope they enjoy it!
