Hypocrite!!!

Your correct. Casey had a VERY hard day and a few of us got carried away trying to make her smile at the end of the day, which she enjoyed as she told me in a PM. So to keep things on track here is the last update entered by Casey.

Ok everyone, yesterday was CRAZY! Let's go over where we're at today, and hope that this thread does was it was intended to do- answer your questions instead of cause a huge flood of them to come in! 8-o

510 ADAPTERS (BOTH THE PT AND THE PRODIGY):

Just got the report from Steve that these adapters will not be ready until at least tomorrow, and we won't know anything for sure until then. The manufacturer does not have them ready yet, and that is the only thing that I know about it. End. Of. Story. I am sorry, and I know that some of you have been waiting for a few weeks now, but don't shoot the messenger. As soon as I know anything, I post it here for you all so everyone is as much in the know as I am.

801 and 901 PRODIGYS:

We have a *limited quantity* in stock and ready to ship (limited meaning less than 15 of each). If you ordered one with a PT, it has been put aside to fill your order first, so don't worry.

USB PASS THROUGHS:

We're waiting on more PTs to come in since right now the ones we have are set aside waiting for 510 adapters. The estimated wait time is still 2-3 weeks on these. Until further notice, that's all I'm saying about that.

I guess I am just an idiot! I thought Casey said my stuff should ship this week, now I see where the pass throughs are 2 -3 weeks out! I am soooo confused. Casey, if you are reading these posts, can you clarify?

I have your emails, but for some reason cannot access my account on the website...it says I do not have an order this month? My emails evidently don't go through and the ticket that I can access through email says it is closed.

I'm not familiar with whats going on with YOU, but in general, I can say we are roughly 2-3 weeks out from catching up on PT orders .... They come in by the busload and its quite difficult to stay up with them, but we are certainly trying our best to get these bad boys out ...

Update for today ... ALL 510 Prodigy orders (minus PT's) and 510 PD Adapters orders have been filled and shipped...

Cash: That is why I am confused! I ordered a Prodigy (901) a bulk order of attys and two pass throughs...all told about $500 worth. I really want the Prodigy but was told I couldn't get it or the attys until the pass throughs came in. Casey said on the 18th that they should ship later this week, now the posts say 2 - 3 weeks! I asked if I could just sub juice for the pass throughs and get my other stuff, but order can't be changed. I can't find the order at all on the site...the ticket:

is closed...don't know what to do now. If you are affiliated with the company, could you shed some light on my situation? I would really, really appreciate it!

Hey everyone, quick update!

510 Prodigys are caught up *crowd yells "Thank you, Steve!!"

Still waiting on the 510 adapters for the PTs, and again I am really sorry about the delay. They are just really time consuming to make.

Tickets are for the most part caught up- I'm still finishing a few from yesterday, but responses are coming! Don't panic. Got caught up in a bit of a tizzy yesterday, so again, sorry I was MIA.

Responses are going to be a bit delayed today since I'm working on our FAQ etc (since things got so busy the other day that I haven't had a chance to do it yet!!) So, if you need me, I'll be around!

I know what you mean - I was in the same boat - same days shipped on - I got lucky and received mine actually on a Sat.. keep your fingers crossed.. I do not live too far - from where the Priority is received here in STL

ive gotten priority delivery on saturdays. thank god they havent stopped delivering on saturdays yet.
