This is the final version of this clone. As far as ratio, 50/50 works well.
i am working on improving my process of making juice from here. i am satisfied with the flavors but ethanol has to be released from new juice to fully steep out. right now i am letting my flavor base breathe to see if it will produce a ready to vape result. the FW madagascar vanilla is primarily giving me this problem. i bought a 4oz bottle and it is super fresh. i thought of decanting into smaller bottles and letting them breathe individually as needed but there could also be ethanol remaining in other flavors as well. breathe and steep the entire base came to me instead. i have made clone in 70/30 and 30/70 so far. both carried the flavor equally well and 30/70 will bring rain. i recently lowered my nic level and am going to make some 50/50 for more vape. high vg doesn't sit well with me personally but i think i can stand 50/50 now. time will tell
as far as flavor percentage, this recipe would have to be applied at 20-30% to reach FP. i stopped at 20% and determined maybe 5% more. 10% is still enough for my taste and i doubt i will try again with the new recipe. some folks may like it 5-8% subohm or otherwise. this is the biggest reason i got into diy. vendors won't tell you how much flavor they use. what high vg or pg really is. FP will not offer 24mg anymore. i guess too many were cutting it in half with vg to make 60ml 12mg. thats one way of cutting cost.
for amanda i turned on the heater when i uc-ed my last batch. took it out at 130F after 24 min. it did help enough to let me think of applying more heat like 150F to the flavor base alone and let it breathe and steep before making juice. i will still use minimal heat as above once a finished juice to make everything cozy with one another. i don't feel that 130F for that short of time can have much effect if any on nic degradation.
