I love those Derringers too @rudedog, (flavor and fog machines) have three more on the way from Catfish.....
Hopefully the Stumpy and Manta's will be in the same caliber as the Derringers (flavor-wise).
I'm not giving up on the Vector quite yet...ordered a bunch of various wire the other day, hopefully one of them will make this Vector pop.
I read up on the wire discussion here or at Tmods site cant remember.but man I have a crap ton of 26ga but its not the nichrome80 stuff.just hate to order wire for one atty I cant get to work.but if ya need any 26 ga kanthal(lightning vapes) lemme know I over ordered and have an extra 100' roll.offerd it up for trade on a few diff places but no takers.so if ya needs some lemme know and ill pif it to ya.
I did do a 5wrap vert build out of the 26ga kanthal,did the straightening of the wire trick with the drill and idk if its the vert coils or what but getting a lil better vapor and flavor outta it now.the workmanship is great on the vector and the aluminium cap is really kool imo anyways.L8TR on!
New Vector came in today, Thanks Tom! Threw a quick build on it, and brought the coils in some from the edge. Seems the flavor improved, but that could just be that the Ohms dropped .04 from my other vector and it was just hitting harder. Either way, loving the vector, it's a good vape. And the top airflow design makes it easy to carry out and about or at work worry free of leaks.
Does the Vector beat out the Derringer? I don't know about that.. comes close, they are just two different kinds of vapes. Right now I have a Derringer at home mounted on my evening mod.

it never even crossed my mind to vape it screen-in Two weeks or so running vectors and they are all I can see myself using. What's gonna top it for an unflavored vaping squonker? I'm not seeing it

Got my Atty3 and threw on a quick build. Very nice! Airy draw, even closed down and using the little cone DT.The screws keep backing out though. Think I'll need to change to some grub screws.

I wish I had a dollar for every time I've said that about atomizers.
I vaped exclusively Odin V1s for nearly a year
. I like stuff the same. Smoked the same brand of cigs too. I blame expert enablers like Tim Sloth and a few others for getting me to try other attys. liked a few of them pretty good too. But mama I'm home now with the vector. It checks all my boxes.
Mods, yeah, I've used the same mods for years and if it weren't for that enabling Tommy D I'd prolly still be using them exclusively. But now I got two types of mods. I like em both and the only changes I see making in that department are colors and stuff like reptile treatments.
I am a creature of habit. I like stuff the same and I like it kick ... ayuss. I got that in multiples both in mods and attys
How much is the nectar?? Can I still get on the list for 2 Tom? I think you said the micro one? So 4 manta and 2 nectar. Thanks Tom!!
