Legend and I appreciate the well wishes. He is laying in bed with me as I type:
I can see the pain in his face but he is doing well.

Awww...bless his heart. He will heal on up[emoji6] I'm guessing the vet has him on Metacam or something similar for pain? If he wants to get a little more active than he should, you can also add Rescue Remedy drops or even some Benadryl . Both very safe ways to take the edge off[emoji6]
One of my ratties lived on it for months when I first rescued her. She was a mangled mess and went thru tons of surgeries to try and save her badly mangled leg. Eventually had to have it amputated. She had been injured for a very long time. Someone found her and took her to a shelter where I did a rescue pull. Couldn't give her up after all that and adopted her myself [emoji6] She is now a therapy dog.
Dogs are so great and very resilient! Give him hugs from me and my little pack.
