Working on:
Window and screen mounting. - Home Depot.....
Hoseless squonk interface. Parts on the way.
I want to make 2 more of them with shallower style lines
These will ALL be annodised. I'm thinking blue , red and Black or very dark gray mil-Spec hard anno. These will be made of 7075 aluminum. The current one is 6061 which I just don't like.

Whoa. What's the dimension of that squonker?

Also, I was wondering if the juice bottle compartment is completely sealed off/isolated from the battery/electronics? Kinda like how Tbev has his current mods.

I'm not the most elegant juice/bottle swapper around and I get pretty messy. It'll be nice if I could just do a careful rinse or wipe down.

I've seen a lot of comments about how the Vflask squonker gets juicey in the bottle compartment and is a pain to clean up

I don't even know how a tubeless squonk works.
I'm guessing it's gonna be like a reo, but with the metal tube thicker and longer such that you push the bottle straight into the metal tube instead of having to connect them via a rubber hose? That's how I imagine it at least.

I will have pics of the squonking system once my parts arrive. It's unlike anything else I have ever seen. Think full length stainless steel tube with a pair of ring magnets and an o-ring sandwiched in between. Similar to what Mundy did but with no rubber tube. Less parts equal less leaks. No screwing bottles to the mod. Just slide the bottle in and snap.

Current dimensions: 2-3/4" wide, 1" thick and 3-3/4 tall.

850 mah? Seems like it would have a short run time, unless that means something different for lipo batts?

The CAM-M rev2 is almost done. All of the milling is done it currently re-engineering the 510. Not happy with the Fdv BF 510. Seems to leak no matter what I do. I have an idea.....
Specs:
DNA 200
850 mah battery 60c rated (51amps of inrush current ability)
Full power not derated.
10-12ml bottle
2-3/4 wide 1" thick.
Working on:
User friendly battery change
No hose, no tools, rock solid, squonk bottle mount.
Anodizing
Rough pics up soon.

Remember that is 850 mah three cells. 2550 mah equivalent. The beauty of Lipo vs li-ion is that these charge individually with the right charger and happily charge at 2amps. With a 3s charger these will go from dead to 100% in 20 minutes. I haven't test the time from dead to 100% with the USB yet but at 1a (stock micro USB in the board) should still be under an hour. The battery is removable on this one. I'm going to smaller connectors to make battery changes easier currently this one has deans ultra connectors. I will try a large capacity battery with a lower c rating next. The lower c rating may only provide 130-140 watts but would give longer run time if you aren't hammering it. The battery I currently have installed would push 400 plus watts. Very high C rating. Evolv only requires 20amps for full range. I always like to leave headroom
