Calpis you copied the wrong list...fixed it
If you are looking for a tiny E8 type mod the dna200 isn't for you. The dual 18650 would be 11mm wider than the current version with 133w. Honestly I have no interest in working with 18650s I have dealt with extreme sag long enough. Imo lipo is superior in every way. Charges faster, almost no sag, lighter, no cheesy contact springs. The 200 was built from the ground up to be used with lipo it just plain works. I realize the dna200 isn't for every one but I have figured out if I love it so will others and sir; I love me some dna200 squonking, I'm hoping others will as well. I had actually hoped Sunbox would have actually made an effort to do a dna200 squonker but no luck.So 1/2in wider than an E7? The E7 is just under 2in wide and 3.75in high....... The E8 is the perfect width for *ME /IMO E7 Is as wide as I'd like to go (and I don't think I have small hands?) You must have huge mitts ....... Are you planning on making it DUAL 18650.... W/DNA200?

Whoops my bad brother I forgot...... LIPO'S !!! No I think the dna200 is for me for SURE.... UNLESS of course it has to be 2.5 inches wide to accommodate that and the lipo's. I think, for me comfortably holding a mod the limit is 2 inches in width....... Like I said the e7 is about as wide as I'd like to go....... SO if that's the case..... 2.5 inches wide?......I'm going to hold off.... take me off the list, due to the size nothing else.... honestly if I was going to do a mech from scratch it would be a 2p lipo with a 8.5 bottle with a built in charger/ low volt alarm board built in. I'm all about that power...... Finding a switch that would stand up to 100 amps would be the hard part. I'll draw something up for you. I'm not much on mechs anymore but I would rock that. Might even start bending up welding rods for coils.Tom your regulated mods sound great, but I'm wondering if you've given up on mechanicals all together. I very much like the CAM-M but what kept me from getting more is the fire button. When it works it hits better than anything I've tried, but honestly its requiring so much maintenance that its driving me crazy. I finally got some Deoxit today, tore everything down and gave it a good alcohol scrub, then hit all the key players with the D. Working like a champ again but I'm hoping this wont need to be a semi-weekly routine. The other thing that bugs a little is the need for a tool to access the bottle and batteries.
I would love to see you release your own version. Dual 18650, easy access door, and low/easy maintenance switch. Could you offer it for under $200? I bet you could, and I bet you would sell out faster than you could make them. No offense at all to the regulated crowd, but I'm sticking to mechanicals for the time being.
Can I start a list for the CAM-original-M? I'll take the one-off you produce until you send out for CNC work.
CAM-OG-M
1. hildicat!
Charging board, you would still need a stand alone power source. None yet as far as I know. What mech has a built in charger?
T
8.5 bottle with a built in charger
I hit like. I got you.Tom,
Not sure if you got my message from yesterday. Would it be cool to hold the solstice for me until the 27th or would you like me to take my name off the list? The last thing I want is to prevent anyone from buying one.
The derringers are $75. Rogue $90Hey Tom, what's the price on Derringers and Rogues?
Fortune favors the Bottom Feeders.
I can... Buying them in bulk is way cheaper than buying one or 2 at a time.
