I quite enjoy the Manta V2 but the NarDA beats the pants off of it IMO. The Stumpy is just okay IMO. Much more airflow than the NarDA and not nearly as much flavor.

I have a single coil, Kanthal Stumpy at 0.8 ohms and another at 1.1 ohms. I build for a particular juice and some don't do as well at lower ohms.

I have 5 CAM Mantas and none (knocks on wood) have given me any problems. If they did have a problem I'd just send em in for repair, not come on here and get my panties all bunched up. I like how sometimes Chowder acts like a coach. He'll scream and tell you things you might not wanna hear but in the end will help you. Some people just can't hang. Darwin or something like that

I'll be getting more once Chowder gets the last handful modified. Best flavor atty of 2015 if you ask me.

That's why I didn't mention it. With under 100 available it's nothing more than an f5 war. I like my format much better both as a buyer and a seller. The Narda is hot on Facebook. I have seen used NarDas advertised on mod trader for $300.

I like that. Nareg did somerhing similar with his 2nd batch of NarDAs. If you already owned one, you had to sit out for the 2nd batch. Seemed pretty fair to me.

I will try to avoid the sitting out concept but I believe the have nots should be given an opportunity, although most of the alternates will already have one via the first run or the first 40 in the second run.

Well crap, I was on there in time to grab an ultem DT. I didn't even know there were any Nardas going up. I only ask about the DT & the slammed caps(of which I don't think any went up).

I was in time to get a NarDA but got an error message saying my billing address and the address associated with my card didn't match. They 100% did so I've no idea what that was about. By the time I entered another card (which was almost instantly with autofill), the NarDAs were out of stock. I know it's no fault of the people at Nar Mods but I was pretty disappointed.

Yeah, there weren't any slammed caps available just Ultem caps. I think there are supposed to be more slammed caps released in January. I prefer the Ultem because of the looks as I've heard from some with the slammed caps that they make no difference in performance.

And I really hope Chowder wasn't kidding about the 40 on the NarDA list getting the media blasted caps. Those are awesome. I have an Ultem cap waiting for mine either way.
