Holy crap..why does everyone complain so much..

Andrew is in the process of moving to a bigger place and hiring more help so he can get out orders faster. Yes its alittle slow right now but hes in the process of fixing it. Why do you think its alittle slow, bc hes a good vendor and is getting at least a hundred orders every day. I would love to see anyone try do do the same thing out of their garage and suddenly have your business blow up and get ridiculous amounts of orders. Hes doing the best he can until he can move to a bigger space and get the manpower to actually handle the amounts of orders he getting. He told me a few days ago that last week he sold and shipped 20,000 Ressurectors in 6 days. People act like hes just sitting on his ... and doing nothing. He said lately hes been working 15-16 hr days just filling orders. And as much as hes joking when he says it, I know he does mean it, and really its the truth. If people didnt constantly keep calling and emailing him then he would be able to get orders out quicker.
Personally Ive had nothing but great experiences with Andrew and CCV. I havent talked to the new guy that is supposedly rude, so I dont know about him, but Andrew really is a good guy. Every time Ive called hes answered himself and has been very helpful. He even called me when I didnt even ask to let me know about the E-Power switch update. Every time Ive ordered Ive gotten it in a reasonable time. Yeah sometimes its a few extra days later than what you might be used to, but so what, you shouldnt be waiting till your almost completely out of something to reorder anyway. I order another 15-pack of Ressurectors when I have a 5-pack left, then if it takes a few extra days its not really a big deal. Personally Id rather have my orders take a few extra days and stay at the great prices, then my orders get there right away bc he hired alot more help, and prob will end up having to raise his prices because of it.
He only wants to make his customers happy, and I know he hates right now that he cant get orders out quicker. But hes doing the best he can right now, so try to give him some slack. Hes human just like the rest of us.
For his good prices, free shipping, free syringe and drip tip I still think its hands down worth it, even if it takes a few extra days.
And how many vendors do you know that guarantee all cartos and will replace them if they have a problem after using them for a few days. Ive never gotten a DOA Ressurector but did get one that wouldnt wick right. It obviously wasnt CCVs fault and was just a manufacturers dud, but called him and let him know. I didnt even ask for a replacement and I got an email the next day that he shipped me another 5-pack for free. He doesnt even ask you to send the defective ones back.
No other vendor does that.
I know it can be frustrating, but if the worst thing about CCV is that shipping can take alittle long, then I feel that thats the best "problem" there could possibly be. Think about all the threads that you hear about people getting way overcharged for something, then the vendor saying theres no return, or ignoring calls and emails, etc, etc.
If the only problem with a vendor is that their shipping is alittle slow, then I dont really consider that a problem at all, because that is something that EVERYONE can control. If you know its slow, then order in advance and then theres no problem.
If its too slow for you, order somewhere else and quit complaining. Theres plenty of other vendors. No one is forcing you to order from CCV, you chose to.
Ha now Im done complaining about complaining.
