I haven't been to that site in a while, but when I ordered, there was a guarantee that if you ordered before 3pm it would ship SAME day.. If it was a weekend, it'd ship that monday.

Yeah right.. Took 2 weeks.. And his emails we're borderline rude when I complained.

At least he answered your emails

I have talked to him twice and emailed (with reply within 30 minutes this week) once. Really great guy offering a GREAT product at an even more TERRIFIC price with free shipping. That brings in a ton of orders. It's been holiday season, with 2 USPS holidays even. I have never gotten a package from him that didn't included unexpected freebies either. It is the only place I buy cartos and I am not crazy enough to wait until I am down to my last 2 cartos to place an order.

That brings in a ton of orders. It's been holiday season, with 2 USPS holidays even. I have never gotten a package from him that didn't included unexpected freebies either. It is the only place I buy cartos and I am not crazy enough to wait until I am down to my last 2 cartos to place an order.

I went through this with someone else in another thread but here it is again... You can't blame postal holidays and the USPS when it takes a week to PACK an order.

Correct. I was simply pointing out the many reasons (I did mention great product at an even more TERRIFIC price with free shipping bringing a ton of orders didn't I?) that it could take a while to get an order that you placed.

Let me just say this and put it to bed. I would not be upset IF the website stated that they were a little behind. I understand. I really, really understand, its hard to do everything with a small or one man crew. I would have just liked warning or a heads up.

I agree the prices are awesome and you can't beat free shipping. I would have still ordered from CCV for those reasons and not been mad, IF I knew in advance what the wait time would be.

I ordered Friday the 30th...I'm still waitng. I ordered a 5pk of cartos and 10ml bottle of black and mild. I emailed him yesterday on his site. No reply. I don't know what to do. The reasons I ordered for him are
1. Free shipping
2. He is in my state SO I thought it would be here faster.
Man was I wrong.....
I may think twice before ordering from this vendor again. I'm starting to lose my patience.
Juicy vapor today had a 4-5 day turn around warning right on the top of the page. If CCV had anything like that on his site I won't be so upset.

My order from 12/27 supposedly shipped on 1/3. If the delay is consistent, your order should ship before the weekend.

well my experience with CCV is gonna contradict some of the statements here,but oh well

back in sept i ordered some ressurectors and bottle of VG 50ml\50mg nic,,got the order in approx 2 1\2 weeks time just fine except the juice was PG ,not VG like i ordered,
so i contacted him about it and even told i would send the bottle back unopened,
his reply was he was sorry for the mishap and would send me the proper item ,,and he said go ahead and return the unopened bottle of nic,,no problem..he also commented in the email "good help is hard to find these days"
i replied asking the address he wanted it sent to..nothing
week later i emailed again asking for the ship to address,,nothing
this all happened 3 months ago and no change in the status of my order,,PG is still unopened

i have not heard back since then and he has not seen any of my money since then either,,

We also have to realize that Andrew is not selling a high "markup or profit" product, so It would be hard for him to hire help without breaking his bank. His main business is cartomizers and with cost of shipping from China, free shipping to the customer and all the freebees...I feel like he's actually doing us a favor. I remember when I first started vaping back in 2008...we didn't really have any small "mom and pop" vendors to purchase from. A pack of cartos was about $25 and atty's ranged from $15-20 each!

personally, it doesnt matter to me how nice of a guy he is. when it takes loger to get a package from him than it does from china, something isnt right.

i have ordered from them many times and when i have contacted him, the responses ive gotten have been borderline rude.

i dont mind spending another couple bux elsewhere and get my cartos within a week. i made my order with ccv 3 weeks ago and im still waiting.

He said my order will ship in a few hrs.

i got an email from him saying my order shipped on the 27th. thats 9 days ago....still waiting...so dont hold your breath (im in upper midwest also)

BINGO! And thats the ONLY reason we order from US companies that sell Chinese stuff is so we don't have to wait 2 weeks...

Vendors need to get it in their heads to speed it up or we'll just go directly to the source and get them cheaper.

...to all the naysayers and haters out there, I say...why don't your start a business in direct competition and we will see how you do...plenty of other vendors out there, most of them are regularly out of stock on certain items as well so, feel free to give them the business as well...or start your own or order direct from China and deal with THEIR customer service...for me, having done business with the man since summer, with having talked directly with him several times...often on his dime and considering all that I get for the price(freebies AND a guarantee on everything he sells), I will continue to do business with CCV and wish him/them nothing but the best...............

Andrew is in the process of moving to a bigger place and hiring more help so he can get out orders faster. Yes its alittle slow right now but hes in the process of fixing it. Why do you think its alittle slow, bc hes a good vendor and is getting at least a hundred orders every day. I would love to see anyone try do do the same thing out of their garage and suddenly have your business blow up and get ridiculous amounts of orders. Hes doing the best he can until he can move to a bigger space and get the manpower to actually handle the amounts of orders he getting. He told me a few days ago that last week he sold and shipped 20,000 Ressurectors in 6 days. People act like hes just sitting on his ... and doing nothing. He said lately hes been working 15-16 hr days just filling orders. And as much as hes joking when he says it, I know he does mean it, and really its the truth. If people didnt constantly keep calling and emailing him then he would be able to get orders out quicker.
Personally Ive had nothing but great experiences with Andrew and CCV. I havent talked to the new guy that is supposedly rude, so I dont know about him, but Andrew really is a good guy. Every time Ive called hes answered himself and has been very helpful. He even called me when I didnt even ask to let me know about the E-Power switch update. Every time Ive ordered Ive gotten it in a reasonable time. Yeah sometimes its a few extra days later than what you might be used to, but so what, you shouldnt be waiting till your almost completely out of something to reorder anyway. I order another 15-pack of Ressurectors when I have a 5-pack left, then if it takes a few extra days its not really a big deal. Personally Id rather have my orders take a few extra days and stay at the great prices, then my orders get there right away bc he hired alot more help, and prob will end up having to raise his prices because of it.
He only wants to make his customers happy, and I know he hates right now that he cant get orders out quicker. But hes doing the best he can right now, so try to give him some slack. Hes human just like the rest of us.
For his good prices, free shipping, free syringe and drip tip I still think its hands down worth it, even if it takes a few extra days.
And how many vendors do you know that guarantee all cartos and will replace them if they have a problem after using them for a few days. Ive never gotten a DOA Ressurector but did get one that wouldnt wick right. It obviously wasnt CCVs fault and was just a manufacturers dud, but called him and let him know. I didnt even ask for a replacement and I got an email the next day that he shipped me another 5-pack for free. He doesnt even ask you to send the defective ones back.
No other vendor does that.

I know it can be frustrating, but if the worst thing about CCV is that shipping can take alittle long, then I feel that thats the best "problem" there could possibly be. Think about all the threads that you hear about people getting way overcharged for something, then the vendor saying theres no return, or ignoring calls and emails, etc, etc.

If the only problem with a vendor is that their shipping is alittle slow, then I dont really consider that a problem at all, because that is something that EVERYONE can control. If you know its slow, then order in advance and then theres no problem.
If its too slow for you, order somewhere else and quit complaining. Theres plenty of other vendors. No one is forcing you to order from CCV, you chose to.

Ha now Im done complaining about complaining.
