One of the local B&Ms advertised this pure cotton from Japan. They started taking pre-orders Wednesday for Saturday delivery and sold out yesterday. Has anyone tried this cotton? How about comparison to Koh Gen Do?

Never heard of it. Any links to be had? (eBay or Amazon, or something like that?)

Yep, I looked at that , hard to tell the size, but it sure looks like either Koh Gen Do or Serena Japanese cotton pads. I saw another vape site that was selling the KGD at 1.00 a pad not including at least 3.00 for shipping. With the KGD you get 60 pad ( which actually is 120 because you split it) for 12.00 The Serena pads are 10.00 on Amazon or Ebay for 200 pads , BUT it might take 10 days to a month because it comes directly from Japan.

You can spend 12.00 for 60 pads or 120.00 for 60 pads thru a vape site that is taking advantage of vapers. That is probably why the KGD sold out everywhere for a while. All the vape stores/ sites bought it all up.

"It is grown by old school farmers in a little village in a very secret location. It's hand picked and 100% organic and natural. After it's picked it is washed in a natural hot springs water pond and then put together from there."

I smell Bull Shart.....

I'm shocked they didn't say virgins swab their boozums :) with it while riding unicorns through a shooting star field.

I say find something and stick with it. I re-wick every device at least once a day for best flavor. I have oodles of Koh Gen Do and quite a bit of sesidio (thanks VAScooter) and I feel no need or desire to deviate from these.

It would be nice if a vendor to sell quarter packs (15 sheets) for $5-$6, but $1 sheet? That's almost a 500% mark up! Please post a link to this; makes me question their entire business model. As many of you know I give the stuff away whenever you buy something from me. I hate price gougers.

LMAO!, It's the name Chad as it would be spelled phonetically in Japanese, CHADDO (pronounced Chah-ah-d-doh), using the Katakana alphabet.

Translated it means "Chad's cotton". Sounds like some dude named Chad is repackaging some kind of cotton (looks like KGD). That ad is laughable. Makes me wonder about safe handling if it is repackaged.

This reminds me of what (all too often) happens in high end stereo/home theater market where a mediocre "mid fi" piece of equipment is rebranded with a few cosmetic changes and then sold as "High End" for a whole lot more money.

Oh no....... now I keep visualizing the average young men that work there. I know that with my sons, (bless their heathen ways) even now that they are adults, I STILL have to remind them to wash their hands after they use the bathroom. Cotton is so absorbant, I keep my KGD in ziplock bags that are placed within another larger bag.

This makes me wonder...... are ziplock bags the best way to store our cotton? I hope that there are not "toxic" poly ..... whatevers chemicals leeching into our beloved cotton?
