How long does it take customs to process a package?! Chalice screws I order in February have been sitting in New York since 3/3/14

Yeah that was UPS. Mark sent these in the mail. I called the post office. They said they couldn't do anything.

I finally got my Chalice set up. 10 wraps of 28 nichrome and Supe's fancy cotton. All I can say is f'ing amazing!! This thing kicks some serious ayuss

I finally realize what all the fuss is about

Sorry for troubles. The AFC cap I order from the UK in
December was sent via the mail and it made through Chicago customs in a few days.

Try to call to your local post office and ask about it, maybe tracking do not update.

I called them.. Was told there was nothing they could do. They didn't know where my package was.
