@Katya - I wonder what would happen if you re-registered using the same email address? If we're lucky, it will let you activate your own account that way. I can't imagine a down side to trying - you already can't log in, so they can't take that away.I asked them to reactivate my account yesterday--still no reply...
I tried. The machine wouldn't let me do it. Told me to contact the support desk. I did. Still waiting...

Lessifer i just wanted to let you know that this petition has saved a life. My son in law smokes..a lot!! i had tried in the past to get him to try vaping and put the cigs down, especially after recently losing my husband a few days before his 47th bday due to a heart attacked and being a heavy smoker himself...but it was like talking to a wall. When you released the petition for signatures i sent a link to the petition to family members to spread throughout their social media channels....naturally he got one as well. Next thing i know he wants to try one of my tritons out of curiosity that clearly was triggered by your petition. I am down sick with bronchitis so i have not been using my box mod and can barely tootle puff off of a spare triton...so he asked what the box thingy was on my dresser and wondered if he could give it a try as well...i let him borrow it and i could tell he was really liking it..he has been smoke free for a couple days now...i was soo happy i just told him to keep it and told a white lie that i really didn't like it that much and wanted another model so he would take it...they are on a tight budget right now and i didn't want to risk that being a issue and him relapsing to cigs. At work he has now raised curiosity given he has been sharing the petition on breaks while he vapes...3 of his friends who he works with are also heavy smokers and are now experimenting with vaping and liking it..so that makes 4 lives that have been saved and changed due to this petition.
Those who say this petition is a waste of time...HOGWASH!! I wanted to crawl out of bed long enough to share this and say,
God Bless you Lessifer you have touched lives and also those who have worked hard to help spread the petition.

Wow, thank you! Whenever I feel frustrated or down, I'm going to come back and read this post.
That's one thing some people haven't understood, the petition is less about changing the minds of those in D.C. And more about reaching everyone else and raising awareness. DeAnna, thank you!
I have a very good friend (going on 45 years) who's a staunch Democrat and a die-hard Progressive Liberal who believes that BG regulation is the answer to most problems. It's amazing that we're still friends, but there's a lot of history that we share.
I've been remodeling one of his bathrooms for the past two weeks or so and since I see him every day I've introduced him to vaping and explained what vapers are up against with the deeming. What started as an absolute pro-regulatory position on his part has softened with my coaxing and sharing of information. He informed me this morning that he has signed your petition and passed it along to others via social media. For what it's worth he's a stock-broker/financial adviser and part-owner of a wealth management concern. A pretty sharp guy who just needed to understand the other side of things. Your petition helped to open his eyes. Well done, indeed!
