Wow - y'all sound so busy and active and inquisitive today. There is no advice that I can give on bits or air conditioners or eSmarts. Don't even want to think about dentists! For some reason, I'm just in a fog today, and can't seem to get going. The only one accomplishing anything around here is the robot in my living room, and he got up and got moving by himself. More ambitious than I. *sigh* Should check my BP. This is how I feel when it's too low.

First, I think I'll force myself to get some laundry goin' and answer some correspondence. More coffee and some higher nic vape might be a good idea too.

*shudder* Denstists!

Tail, your mention of Cloud Atlas had me curious, so I Googled it. Even Wikipedia didn't have a lot to say about it, but this site -- CLOUD ATLAS ? Movie, Trailer, Photos, Synopsis -- had some interesting visuals, how the faces changed and were superimposed on each other. It was something I got staring at sort of like that little dancing man people insert into their messages. Click on it, folks, and see if it mesmerizes you like it does me.

Rave, I hope you get more energetic after your coffee. Sometimes I feel like that before my morning coffee. How does your robot wake itself up and start housecleaning? I want one!

Good Morning All, It is raining out, and the wife is again sitting for a friend's elderly mom, so I have been DIYing with my newer flavors and WOW whoever recommended Earl Grey Tea Thank You. I test my flavors with 100% VG, no nic and use an old empty SI Carto (which works extremely well by the way). Earl Grey Tea (TFA) by itself @ 5% is not bad at all, in fact quite tasty even without nic. Graham Cracker is also OK, but I need to mix it with some fruits. Now, I mixed 5% Earl Grey Tea with 2.5% Orange and another batch with 2.5% Juicy Peach and both tasted pretty darned good. I then added 1% Whipped Cream to the Orange Mix and I will be vape testing this for the rest of the day. Very good mix.

If you all want to spend $1.49 the next time you order from Wizard Labs, I highly recommend the Earl Grey Tea as a stand alone, or mixed with some fruits. Very mild and it does taste like tea.

I used to think I was indecisive, but now I am not so sure.

Thank you for the suggestion. I'll go check that out. I have been looking for a good tea, but all I have been able to find are vapes that taste like manure tea. Sorry, I am not a plant.

How many drops per ml. does that work out? Remember, I am new to this.

I agree, empty clean old cartos are best for dripping.

I've been up since 5 a.m., and haven't been able to get moving. Finally, I gave in and took an hour and a half long nap. Still feeling loopy.

The bot in the living room has automatic scheduling. It sits on its charging base until noon each day and then ventures out to gather Lexi fur. If there was a market for shed mastiff fur, I'd be a verrrrrry wealthy woman!! All that I have to do is dump the bin, clean out the brushes, and blow out the filters and sensors every few days. Most of my other bots don't have scheduling. In addition to Sabbath in the living room (he's black), I have Fluffy (downstairs), Snowflake (for the foyer, hall, and kitchen, and my bedroom), and Brutus (for wherever nothing can be damaged by his less-than-light touch). I also have a mopping bot which is a Scooba named Mittens, and a swiffering type bot (for touch-ups in the kitchen) name Sylvester. Most have automatic "towers" to keep them in their designated territories.

Folks have a tendency to donate bots to me because they can't figure out how to troubleshoot them. I love tearing them apart to figure out what the problem is. Usually, it's an easy fix. They are extremely helpful to me because it's very difficult for me to vacuum or mop. You could eat off of my floors! :)

This is Snowflake leaving robot tracks on my bedroom carpet. Notice how he navigated around the chair leg.

I could recognize a few all the way through the movie, but there were others that I didn't. It was neat the way they did this movie. A friend of mine, who is German said that this was a movie written by a German and she could understand the German thinking behind this movie. Unfortunately, it did not do that well here in America. It is not on Netflix, but I found it on Amazon Prime. Not sure if Redbox carries it.

Rave, which bot do you like the best? I've been eyeing roomba and Neato. Since I have hard floors and a couple of throw rugs now, I was thinking about buying one to help keep down on the dust bunnies.

No experience with a Neato, so I can't say anything on that. Five of mine are from the iRobot corporation. Four are Roombas and one's a Scooba. The remaining bot is a Mint, but the rights were purchased by iRobot.

If you just want a swiffering action, go with the Mint. It's less expensive. But, if you want vacuuming, go with a Roomba 770. It's great with pet hair and won't get caught up on your throw rugs. It can be scheduled. They are wonderful!

By the way, these things won't eat your pets unless your pet happens to be a spider. I've had mine bump up against the dog and she just ignores it. Cats sometimes like to ride them after they get over their initial suspicions. LOL

.

Drops per ML depend on what you are dripping from. If you order from WL, they usually send some pipettes which are marked in ML. Just fill one with water, VG, PG up to the one ML mark and then count the drops until it is empty. The ones I use are 30 Drops per ML. That does not mean that one you might be using is the same. Many people use a measurement of 20 drops per ML, again depends on the dropper. I am currently vaping my Earl Grey Tea with a touch of orange and Whipped Cream (Pure 100% VG base no nic) and it is quite enjoyable. You can really taste the mild tea flavor (I increased it to 10% after adding the orange and whipped cream). When I tested it at 5% by itself it was also very mild and tasty. Wabbit

I have friends that have both. The Roomba owner loves hers and it doesn't seem to bother her cats. I took Whisper over to my friends that have the Neato and it didn't seem to bother her. But, it was at their house and not in Whisper's domain. I might just splurge on the 770. I'm trying to do everything possible for our allergies. Whisper's is acting up right now. I do have a couple of hepa filters in the house that also help. I have a Dyson that picks up a lot too, but I really need something that runs under my bed where all those dust bunnies seem to be.

The Roomba 770 has dual hepa filters. If you go for it, buy a can of compressed air if you don't have an air compressor so that you can blow out the filters instead of constantly replacing 'em.

Oh do I have an air compressor! I had to replace the one that was stolen and picked up a nice Craftsman! The smaller hepa filter for my bedroom has a filter that I can vacuum and the bigger one in the living room is a washable type.

Amazon is loving me!

 Amazon loves me too. So does eBay. Annnnnd countless PV vendors.

Well, Whisper just christened my new office chair with a dead bird. She ran in and jumped right up on it and stuffed the bird into the crevice. Ick! This is the second dead baby bird she's found in a week. There must be a nest in my orange tree. Poor things.

Awww - she's giving you a gift!! See what a great provider she is? *yuck*

Holy Vapors Batman - EU to BAN E-Cigarettes?

Check out the EU sections of ECF folks. It seems that the EU including England, and Central Europe has passed the first phase of a total ban on E-cigarettes. Many say it will not hold up in the courts, but will delay any new products and sales for awhile. What a total shame and waste of everyone's time and money. Today, I am vaping 100% VG - No Nic with about 10% flavoring and it is quite good. Perhaps I can actually cut out the nicotine all together and then see what the e-cigarette police have to say. "Hey guys, it's not smoke its STEAM and there is NO TOBACCO, NO NICOTINE, What's your BEEF?

Rant Over
