I'm glad you came clean about your age. It's OK to be 52. Lots of us are way older than that -- me, for instance. I don't really mind aging or getting wrinkles; I just don't like my body breaking down and refusing to function. At least with the physical therapy, I'm doing the best I can with that aspect. I was getting really fit working for Cornell Catering, too, till the arm broke. I think the subsequent inactivity has not been good for me. What I think keeps me young is exercise. Debra, do you go for a walk every day? Well, in the heat you've had, I guess you're excused, but maybe at night when it cools down? I know that if I walk at least a mile every day, I feel a lot better. If it's too hot for walking, do you have a place where you can go swimming?
