Good Morning All!!Whats up for today?

Morning Keyzy...although it's after noon here now. I'm having coffee in about half an hour with my British friend Jai (I could listen to her talk for hours and be completely entertained just by her accent) and currently enjoying the peace and quiet as I just put Livi down for her nap. Great day so far, hope the same for you.

I am a Sweet Pea lover, too. The pet name my hubs gave me when we met was Sweet Pea. The first valentines day that we were together I told him that I just wanted a REALLY big card. He gave me one with 'To my Sweet Pea' on the front. I couldn't figure out how he found a card that said 'Sweet Pea'. It took me a long time to realize that he had changed 'Sweetie Pie' to 'Sweet Pea'. lol.

He doesn't call me that anymore lol but I love the scent.

I absolutely love patchouli but my boyfriend hates it so I'm takin one for team so to say and not subjecting him to the VERY heavy scent of it~!

My husband and I both love it. We were pulled over by the police once, his lead foot, when we were wearing patchouli and they asked us if we had any pot! They thought they smelled it. lol

And ya I gave in and ordered a flipflop purple mini glv ....only to walk out the door five mins later to a dead car

So I just got to go buy a new battery

Morning all! It's going to be a great day! If you can overlook the fact that it's freezing! They've started decorating the church - love Advent - they add decorations each week. And our van was sitting in a puddle of sunshine when we got out - warm building, cold outside, warm car! Sometime it is the little things! lol

Just finished my week 2 day1 of this running program:

Cool Running | The Couch-to-5K ® Running Plan

Man, it's tough to get motivated, but I feel great afterward. Is it bad that I put my Ego in the pocket of my running jacket? Probably funny seeing someone "smoke" while running or walking!

Redgirl: my mommy board has done this - not me though - I know why you never see a smiling runner! lol Honestly I've been thinking about joining the boys - I can't run (yet?) and worry about my knee holding up - but the way I'm going it's not going to hold up regardless. I had total knee reconstruction in the '86 - the second person in the US to have it done by arthroscope.

Cincy has a huge marathon in May (The Flying Pig Marathon) and many of the mom's did the 5k portion and a couple even did the whole 26.2!
