Merry Christmas - Prism that was beautiful - thank you!

Everything has been opened the boys took a break from their games to vacuum and dust and shovel the driveway and front walk as a present to me since my parents and sister and her family are coming for dinner! (Ahh, I think the hubs had something to do with that!) I was sent to play here and drink my coffee! AND they let me sleep until 8am!

We got just enough snow to make everything look clean and pretty again but not enough to scare off the family from coming. About an inch.

It's been the perfect Christmas morning!

My lil one is still asleep, and so is big Bro... fist xmas i got to sleep in ...for 18 yrs ...holy mokes.
We went to MIL yesterday had a great time... kids got some gifts, and kyle came home w/us to be home on xmas I think i would have been a depressed mess if he hadnt So we gave Brad the big prez last night ...PS3.. and kyle got him 4 games for it..they were up till like 4:00 playing it... wonder how late they will sleep. Out side my window looks like a winter wonderland. all the evergreens are weighted down w/ white snow... just a magical day..all the hum bug is gone. I feel like Cindy Lu Who snuck in my heart and made the ice melt.. just like the Grinch

LOL! Well I just broke up a fight between monkey B & C - sitting on each other and I think punches were thrown - not perfect - but good enough! lol They are boys and constantly remind me. I'll take the thunking and thuds over whining, tears and PMS! (At least that's what I tell myself since I don't want anymore children!!)

Merry Christmas back at you! So glad your oldest came home for Christmas! The good stuff flies by so fast!

I did take a nap!I caught the kids up at 2am peeking at the tree.I didnt fall back asleep till 4.Then I got up at 7:30.I had a wonderful,quiet day with my family.

The old kitty woke me up at 6am this morning and my roommate heard me stirring in my room, so she asked me to take her to the emergency room.
She'd been up all night sick as a dog, nausea, splitting headache, couldn't stand up and her blood pressure was very high. She's on blood pressure meds already. We went to the Catholic hospital, since her insurance covers it. It was actually more "Christmasy" there than at our house (lol). Seems odd but I really felt the Christmas spirit in the hospital.
She's known that she has a benign pituitary adenoma for 8 years but hasn't had any unusual headaches for about 5 years. The doctor said that it was a migraine (from the tumor), which she hasn't had in over 5 years. They gave her pain and nausea meds via IV and RXs for more. She's way loopy right now but feels a little better. She has a follow up with her doctor next week to see if it's grown.
On a brighter note, it's snowing in South Carolina on Christmas. It never snows here, much less on Christmas. I built a fire and we are all just chilling out.

Enid..i am so sorry to hear of your time in the ER w/ ur friend. I hope all is well with her, and will put her in my prayers.

Oh, we had a great day today~! Did dinner at Grandma Sanches's last night and all the kids got ipods, then brunch at Tony's dads today. That's my favorite because I love to see the kids opening their prezzies, they're adorable. We got gift certificates to our favorite mexican joint, and great news.....Disney World in 2012~!!!! wooT~!

Then we came to my mom's and exchanged our gifts. I got a pretty Sweet Pea candle, new alarm clock, and a gorgeous opal and pink sapphire necklace:

Mom got an awesome Eeyore touch lamp....and of all the stuff Tony got his favorite thing was a gag gift....ball in a cup~!

well the Merry didnt last all night! I just knew ir wouldnt! Boys started fighting over the game. woke me up w/ the yelling and crying several times ..Kyle has to go back today he has to work tomorrow. It sure was nice to have him home for xmas tho. Hope u all had a good one!
