LoL as nice as I think it would be if Drew changed his mind, I've seen a half dozen threads on their high shipping prices, and he won't budge.

).... fast accurate orders..usually a nice little freebie (bag, tweezers, box, whatever)... there's a reason he got the vapey award for best overall customer service..granted he uses stamps.com which ends up being a little pricey...but for speed of shipping and shipping materials it's a trade off..

However, the 10% coupon did not work and 18.00 worth of stuff does not warrent 7.00 in shipping costs - my 2 cents.
it is odd that the code was not working....
however my remark was more aimed at the whole $7 shipping will put him out of business standpoint...I'd gladly pay that for top notch CS and fast and accurate shipping than deal with alot of vendors that may charge less for shipping but have worse CS or products (V4L for example....you couldnt pay me to order from them)
yeah the 10% on small orders doesn't offset the shipping enough...but on like $30 or $40 it brings it in line to what others are charging (cignot for example...a $35 no box kit is $5 shipping...$30 from him drops shipping to effectively $4...so why don't we hear the same complaints about other people's shipping...ya know?)

I had some issues with my order from them, but all that aside, a lot of these other companies have a coupon code also, which negates the argument of the 10% coupon code cuts the cost of shipping to what everyone else charges.
For example, when I ordered a kit from V4L with 22% off, by your logic my shipping was free-- no wait... they actually paid me to ship it. See my point?
I just did a decent order from Drew -- a kit for a friend, a couple 5 packs of prefilled cartos, PT and car charger for me, etc. The saveinnj worked, and S&H was $0 (perhaps due to order size?). He also replaced an out-of-warranty marginal battery. Pretty content with that kind of service
