clay - lol! danger will robinson, danger!

My friend was telling us about her 4 yr old daughter today. Her son's preschool had fire fighters stop by complete with hook and ladder today and invited the parents and siblings to visit too. Her 4 yr old daughter walked up to a firefighter and charmed her way onto the rig - rubbing his arms as he picked her up and asked him if he was a hero....Then preceded to tell him how she loved big trucks and big muscles!

When the fire fighter handed her back to her mom, he said - you'd better lock this one up!

could someone point me to a thread or page that will teach me how to test my attys and batts on a voltmeter?

I found this for attys:

"Simple method to test an atomizer. First, you need a Voltmeter, sometimes referred to as a VOM (Volt – Ohm Meter). You will use the Ohms setting of the VOM to test your atomizer. If you do not have an auto ranging meter (it automatically senses the ohms range needed), set the dial on the meter to the lowest ohms setting you can. Some meters will even make a sound for an open circuit, meaning no continuity No continuity is not good – it means that your atomizer is dead. If you get readings from the mid 2’s to mid 3’s, your atomizer is still good. If you get a very high reading, it most likely means that the atomizer is about to die.

To do this test, place one probe of the meter on the threaded portion of the atomizer. Then place the other probe on the center where the little hole is. Look at your meter and see what it reads. Using the above numbers, you will be able to tell the condition of your atomizer. This is a quick, simple test. If you do get a very high reading, you still may be able to get some more use out of the atomizer by a thorough cleaning to get the crud built up on the coil off, which causes the resistance to go way up. There are many different ways to clean an atomizer and that is covered in another section. Hope this helped you. "
