Some mornings when I take a vitamin I get killer heartburn for hours, and I have no idea what causes it :( Only when I take the vitamins though, nothing else.

Vitamins give me heartburn too. Also, they make me really tired. I've done some searching on the internet about this and it happens to alot of people. I don't know why. If I take a multi vitamin in the morning, I'm ready for a long nap 2 hours later. And I never nap unless I'm sick. For some reason, it's only the multi vitamins; I can take Vitamin C, Vitamin D, Calcium and CoQ separately with no side effects.

Hubby glued a pink Breast Cancer ribbon that I had on a keychain to my GLV-2 and it is beautiful.

My wife thinks I take way too many meds..

I always start my day with Multis, 3-6-9 Omega oils and Vitamin C. I repeat when I get back from work in the evening

The multis I'm regular with. The omegas and C come and go through the year.

Does it do me any good? I hope so.. :)

thats why I take my B-12 during the day- energy But the multi I can take at nigght, and the magnesium, and.... D... I think its D.. I havent ever seen the drops. I'd rather have that-

I used to take my prenatal vits at night- otherwise I puked them up. :(

WOW 8 packages? I would be doing the happy dance for sure!! :)

Threw up once when pregnant, from food poisoning, otherwise I LOVED being pregnant! :D

His cousin told me to sit the drops under your tongue for at least 30secs, that way the body will absorb all of it. Pill or straight swallowing, your body will only take what it needs and dispose of the rest. The B12 that is.
