I do agree with dark- let your kids see you sad- and tell them why- I didnt bawl and squwall in front of mine- but they would look up occasionally and see me crying- they just would walk by and give me a hug.

Hi guys! thank you all so much for all your replies! You guys and gals are amazing! My kiddos know I am sad, and they do see me cry at times. wants a cig bad today- one of my kids is really trying my nerve- my husband has decided the cake I was going to make for project graduation isnt good enough and the other three kids are acting like I have not given them direct orders to do their school work. one is actually cleaning- the lights, the walls and the ceiling AND is defrosting my freezer-. the other is 'looking' for a pencil and when she finds that, she has lost the sharpener. and the one trying my nerve is literly just sitting here staring at me or picking at his nails instead of doing the work in his book.
I dont need the nic, I am getting a headache from chain vaping- I am just not getting the 'relaxation' that I usually do- the relaxation that I get from having a cig.
I am not gonna, because I refuse to walk into the store and admit defeat to my friends and my family (small community, LOTS of judegement and a rumor mill to rival capital hill.)
But OHHHHH how i want one... I have actually cleaned and dug all around my house looking for one that was lost out of a pack, or I dropped, or set down and forgot about.... LOL

Go sit where you used to sit to smoke and just vape for a little bit. That's what helps me. I got relaxation from a cig because I would sit down, outside, and not do anything else but smoke in that moment. Replace that with your vape, and hopefully it'll do the same thing.

I think they are one of the prettiest flowers. Lilacs are already come and gone here. I can't have a lilac tree because I live in a condo townhouse complex, but my peonies are going to start blooming soon, to be followed by my roses.

Q4, if you mainly vape high PG %, having some decent flavored things with higher VG might help on the relaxation part -- sometimes the extra vapor from VG just feels better, you get the visual on the exhale.

It sounds like you may need some of the extra cr*p that's in cigs. That was the hardest thing for me to give up. I supplemented some of it with a script from my doc, HOWEVER, I also added one of the alternative tobacco products. Didn't care for the snus, so i went on to snuff. It did wonders, and would give me that extra bit of IMMEDIATE nic. I got plenty of nic from vaping.. but it was the immediacy that I needed sometimes. I rarely need it anymore, but if I'm having a really horrid day, or I know I'm not going to be able to vape, I still occasionally use it.
I have a ton of different 'flavors/scents' and lots of little pots, containers to put some samples in... if you think you'd be interested in trying ... be more than happy to send you some!!

I'm glad you mentioned that lbug.....I was going to say something about snus, but so many people think it's just awful~! Personally I liked the snus better only because the snuff reminded me a little too much of a bad habit I had years ago. I haven't used snuff or snus is weeks, and Saturday will be my 2 month smoke free anniversary~!
