Hubs is dragging his feet.I have to be there by 4:00.It takes 3 hours if theres no traffic or issues.He will probably be ready at about 1:30.Im just going with the flow,no stress,I can always call them and say Im on the way.Calm deep breaths,LOL!!

Gawd, I feel for you people with kids. I can't imagine being as sick as I've been for the past 4 days with kids.
The count-down timer on my phone says 44 days till we get the house keys and we are still sending counters back and forth everyday. I really think that it should have to be disclosed that the owner* is a real estate agent. She's technically going through another agent but this is a battle of wills. Heather and I always said that we made an alliance because we were such formidable opponents.
* The house technically belongs to her and 6 other family members. Can you imagine getting 7 of your family members to agree on pricing, repairs, etc??

I'd just burn it down, collect insurance and split it seven ways if I was in that situation It must be a nightmare (on both sides of the negotiating table)

This isn't just a 'gift that makes noise' this is a freaking drum set. It's the mother of all noise makers. I'm both mad and amused. But all that aside.. my kid is going to ADORE it, so it's all good.
