Homeish now
From what I can tell...from playing around with it.

Is the Top of the thread Like buttons dont do anything but add my avatar tp the thread.
I see nothing on my actual FB feed about liking pages 1071 and 1072 of this thread, and I'd assume if Im not seeing it the computer isnt posting your posts on your FB page just b/c Im Liking it.

When I hit the Facebook "Like" button at the top of the thread (located on the left, just under the thread title) it opens a window asking me to make an account at facebook, so it seems to be connected somehow. Same thing happens when I hit the Facebook "like" buttons at the top of a post.

Perhaps if you have a facebook account it doesn't actually connect to facebook for some reason--but I don't have an account there and the buttons try to get me to sign up so they are connected in some way...

Another stunner in CNY :) Yesterday hit 68, today's supposed to be mid 60s. Busy at work, but it's nice to get outside for a bit.

Already 74 here. I'm afraid to see what summer has in store after the nonexistent winter we had here

I am starting to get skeered,

It is 75 here today and supposed to be 80's tomorrow. We had very little snow this winter and if it gets this warm this early all the poor plants are going to get mixed up. And moist likely lots of tornado's

Naw, we had our "late winter" quota of tornados last week--should be fine until at least mid-April :thumb:

Pwyll - I'm hoping you're right!

I just killed a small flying bug in my house. No idea what is was lol.

We also have those little bugs that look like lady bugs, but aren't'. The cats will sit and watch them forever.

The weeds are very happy for this weather! And my grass appears much greener.

The down side - putting on a pair shorts will show the neighbors that I hibernated this winter and could possible result in blindness.

It's getting to be that time of year:

"WTF is that? Don't touch it, DON'T TOUCH IT!

So will my daughter

Just remember, they hibernated too--and if they stare rudely they deserve to go blind, inconsiderate pri...unpleasant people.

Also, it will be in the 90's soon enough and you will either have to wear shorts or be trapped in the house...

Well, its been TOOO dang hot here- No winter, skeeters are ALREADY eating us alive and I had to learn how to install a 220 line into my house to hook up this window unit cause my AC decided to die.

But its done, my house is being cooled off as we speak- I just pray it doesnt raise my electic bill too much-

Yesterday I ran the line for the 220- which is ALWAYS fun, trying to get that dang wire up into the stupid breaker box... UGGGGg- Then last night hubby showed me how to put in a breaker, and today I was able to hook up the plug and all that after I got the batteries charged for the drill. LOL

Can some parents help a childless person out? Heather's very best friend, who tried for years and years to get pregnant, is due in June. Heather wants us to buy cutesy stuff and knit/crochet baby stuff. I'll knit some baby hats for the fall/winter and I bought some of the nursery stuff off her wishlist but I think the ultimate present would be money or gift cards. I've been shipping all the things that I buy straight to her. If I was pregnant, I'd want the nursery stuff right away.

Parents, after a few cutesy presents wouldn't you just prefer some cash?

*waving* Hey PIF! :D

In-laws are home and life here is pretty much back to the normal chaos. Bathroom is DONE. I could still nit-pick about the walls and what COULD be done to them, but as it is, it's so much better than it's ever been since we've lived here. Maybe the nicest bathroom I've ever lived with simply because everything is new.

Beth did such a great job on the floor!! http://www.flickr.com/people/87267225@N00/
