Who else is using the Vivi Nova? I have a Mini and it's excellent! I just watched a vid on how to rebuild them too, super easy. I say to you firmly: Never buy another ce4 while these are available!

(the thing on the P18 behind the Mini Vivi Nova and ProVari is the new xl Crystal from Vapage, also nice, but not quite as nice as the Vivi Nova IMO)

We had that ultimate labor day food - meatloaf! lol

I had one premade in the freezer. It rained most of the day, so meatloaf it was! and it was yummy!

I'm not complaining about the rain. We've really needed it. It's too ate for our farmers though. :-(

Course, now we'll have to mow again. We've only mowed 3 times since May 24th. Still on the same can of gas.

I had to google sous vide cooking! And I thought I was up to date on all things foodie! lol

Oh it is absolutely THE BEST! Food cooked uniformly all the way through, essential nutrients don't get burned away in the cooking process, always super moist and tender meats, even with cheap cuts... OH, and if you have someone in the home that can handle 5th grade electrical work, you can make your own cooker! That's what my husband did.

Sous vide cooker for less than $40

Busy time. 30 hours of dive class time Sat through Mon (yes, full day on Labor Day.) Yesterday, normal work day, then class with pool time, until 10 pm. Combined work/classes/pool though Friday, with several class and pool presentations to prep, then all day Sat and Sun.

If I decide to convert, go for full Instructor instead of Assistant, next week will be a bunch more straight studying, then 2 day Instructor Exam (written tests, class presentations, pool skills with student problems, open water skills with student problems). Another chunk of $, higher annual dues and insurance, but I'll be able to earn some actual $ as an instructor.
