I bought the ultimates a few weeks back. They have great flavor, no leaking but were poorly constructed and all of them have fallen apart trying to mod them for tanks and ce4 shells. If all you are going to do is vape them, they might do well.
I can't speak for the plus.

It's not the first post I've spoken out against the nonsense. I was always just a little more subtle, using phrases like "the emperor's new clothes" and "chasing the dragon" but the gloves are coming off now as they aren't even trying to be subtle any more. It's down right insulting now that they think this little of our intelligence.

Clove, I just got the new ce2s fluxos from Gotvapes and they are the same as what is pictured at MVS. Cyrus and Skelly don't seem to be big fans. So we'll see in awhile if 3/3 808 users agree.

Actually that what I was implying to. Both are the same.

And my tube seeping on the bottom problem? That's CE2 Flüxo Supreme. So far I like it but not a fan yet. Make it 2.5/3 808 for now.

I have one unidentified CE2 from a bulk of 808 cartos I bought a while ago, almost like ce2 ultimates but without the black ring, only silicon cap above coil and white end cap - I tried it and like it better than Supreme, but I only have one so I really can't compare.

the first thing I did was throw away (put it in a ziplock bag and drawered it :) ) that stupid easy fill nipple thing and slap the old middle black rubber piece on top. Flavor is much improved but it is a little warm for the subtleties of my juice with the coils so close. I am also getting a hard draw. The kind where it makes that suction hiss when you take your lips away and before that makes that weird deep whine from the vacuum created. (anyone else get that from these?) The included drip tip also does a phenomenal job of muting flavor so I'm tail piping it until I can locate my smaller sized drip tip. Hoping it is the perfect spacer for more air to get it for flavor while getting me the right distance from the coil.

I also recieved the ce4s from smoketek with the whistletip. It's exactly like a ce4 but more confortable to vape from. It's not as small a hole as regular whistletips so I don't need to widen it at all. Bending it for a pipe vape may be a challenge. It's still the hard plastic that boiling does little to weaken it and torching it turns it white from the stress.

The bottom coil pheonixes should be interesting, so I ordered them. No wires, etc. Hopefully they're rebuildable and non-leaking. I ordered the 1.5 ml size.

I had thought the Phoenixes were going to be fillable from a bottle...but I may be crossing that thought with some other model that was to have an 808 version.

I have bought a few boxes of the Ultimates from MVS, I think I posted something about them a couple weeks ago. I havnt tried the plus version, though. These are the only CE2's that I have used, so as far as quality and comparison goes I can't really help much. I can say that I havnt had to much trouble from the ones I have, with exception to a couple of them the first time I ordered. They had the clear/white silicone cup seal, those didn't last very long before something broke on em. The rest have had the black cup seal, but I throw out the cup seal anyway and use the middle o-ring in its place. The rib fits perfectly over the cup, I push it down with a pen then use a small screwdriver to make sure it fits tight all around the cup. I also slide a second o-ring on top of the first one. It doesn't leak and wicks well with this setup.

To be honest I've been using two fluxo supremes and I notice no difference between them and the deluxes so far IF:

1) I ditch the nipple for the old middle seal and a halo carto mouthpiece (this was how I vaped the deluxes)

2) I mod the nipple so the wick slots are huge, and use a halo carto mouthpiece

for me, ALL drip tips mute flavor, so I don't expect anything from a drip tip except to serve as a condom to give to my friends when they want to try my gear and I don't want to get HSV-1 lol

The easy fill nipple is pure hype, it takes just as much fiddling. I do however, like the increased heat and elevated coil.

On a side note, my new favorite plug set up for a stardust/Echo combo is to use the bottom plug from the Ce2 deluxes in place of the nipple/top hat, and a halo carto mouthpiece. Phenomenal flavor, no leaks, no floods.

'halo carto mouthpiece' is this little guy, right?

And how did you mod that particular body part?

Here is the modified body part Clove:

I took a nail clipper and chewed out the entire side to the point where there was no chance of touching or moving the wicks in anyway. No leaks with this either. I'm going to clip the nipple in half as well, because when using the halo mouthpiece it pinches it off (too wide/tall). I'm really not a fan of these plugs, completely unnecessary

Cyrus you didn't....you know you are a top coil guy....lol.

Sometimes you get 1 or 2 that can be finicky.
They work best on manual batts. as you can stop pressing the button and draw the vapor out of the tube and this also helps prime the next hit.
Watch for bubble action, after each hit it gets addicting watching the bubbles, but that tells you it's working good.
Sometimes a little shake or two between hits will help keep it from vapor locking and give you more bubbles.

Most work good right from the start, but it seems if 1 gives you fits it should loosen up eventually. If not follow the above steps. If it doesn't get better, pull the tube off and fluff the wicks or even dry burn and replace.

The supreme's gave me so many problems, I took a break from clearos the last few days and went back to a carto/tank setup. Gonna dig up a few CE3's today and play. My Phoenix's won't be here until Monday.

Edit: If you pull the tube, go ahead and pull off the center post and look at the coil. I had one where the wick was centered in the coil, but the coil wasn't centered in the cup, so one side had a lot more wick sticking out. I also had to twist the tube on when you get down to the wick.
I just got one out; filled and it started off with dry hits. A few primer puffs and it's working good now.

Edit 2: Don't fill these all the way, they need at least 1/8" - 3/16" or "greater" air gap.

Yeah, they (supreme/CE2) are the same basically.
I had wicking issues, so I figured I would dismantle and burn the wicks over open flame.
The wicks didn't clean and fluff up like all my other CE2 wicks and they got black/soot looking streaks in them.
I was going to clean and try them again, but that's where I left them and went back to carto/tank.

Edit: I removed that stupid easy fill cup after the 3rd fill up when it started leaking and never tried vaping any of them with it after that.

you do need a seal in there. You need something to stop it from leaking. Just the old one with the slots and the new one with slots and nipple have been more in the way of a good vape than anything. I've only had them for a couple days though.

I never torched my wicks after they have been used. Only PGA soak and dry burn. Wait for wicks to dry. Has this worked for you before? Seems to me (having no experience on the matter) it would further gunk/caramelize anything left.

I did have one wick fracture and split very easily though. More easy than the old ones. I should get off my .... and catch up to Cyrus on the rebuildable stuff. I only want to spend so much time in a day on this hobby though.
