The only problem I found is the tip can make the vapor taste funny. At $9 a piece, I'd be careful about trying to remove the shell- unless you want to take one for the team. If you find it tastes funny, you can put some sort of gasket seal around the post at the top to keep the juice from leaking and I found a soft 801 tip can be jammed into the top.

An inverted carto tip also worked as a seal but the hole was thinner and muted the flavor. You and I will be comparing notes on these soon. Cheers!

I'm confused. How did you get a hold of one of these already!? lol

What's the big secret about the true nature of the ITurbo?

I have the 510 version. It's the same build on it. Only difference is, without having to make room for the ego skirting, it holds another half mil of juice. I was the only one complaining about the taste from these tips so I may have just gotten a bad pair. Then again, we all know the average 510 user has no taste.

Ok, so you guys/gals are talking about the 808 thread CE4+ now right?

The wife likes the CE4+'s, I keep one with my morning drive juice in rotation, but it's all CE2 Delux's for me the rest of the day.

All these different names for the same product, I can't keep them straight....lol.

So the Iturbo Carto is the 808 threaded version of ...? The vision?

Same problem as skelley, the names are driving me nuts lol

Smokers have no taste :D

I vape with the smokers in the smoke trailer and vaping drives them all nuts.
No matter what I vape, all they smell is anti-freeze.
I'm like...."How can you not tell the difference between pear and my European tobacco?", "Your taste buds are fried!"

I call them CE4+ & CE2 Deluxe as that's what the manufacture calls them, helps me to keep them straight. :)

Is Vapage Titan a Echo? I asked them but did not get a direct answer. They also have the 808 CE4+'s on their site.
yep....rebranded and overpriced!

There's another small handful of suppliers that have echos but there are only 5 I recommend. Before this week....there were 4. All based on price and transparency.

Mtn Vapor, NW Vapor, Cropduster901, SmokTek + Vapor Girl? Mtn Vapor is the only one that has just battery in stock currently, right? And not all of them have 'iturbo' (it's a CE4? or something else?)

Been thinking about getting just the battery, no need for kit since I really don't need TWO fat batt now...

You do need the charger too. I already played the charger game and lost. I'm tempted to play devil's advocate here and tell you you will eventually want more and you'll want to try the echomizer.....by the time you get done, might as well spring for the kit.

Hmpf... your advocacy might work, eventually :p

Anyway, back to the topic, let us know about your experience with the iTurbo. Still on the deciding phase now.

Can one of you broskies give me some tips on fluffing the wick?

I've learned it's really sensitive and seems no matter what tool I use I end up fraying and shearing the edges a bit. I don't want to subject these things to pre mature death as the seem to just last and last if handled properly...

Good to know. I haven't been paying attention what I charge in what. I have a 808 charger and the echo charger. I know I've charged my 808's in the echo without any problem. I don't know what I charged my echo's in but I haven't had any problem. I was probably lucky and charged the echo's in the correct one as I've only had to charge them a couple times. I will definitely pay more attention from now on!

Also pay attention to how many cart's come with the kits. I noticed the Vapage kit comes with 3 cartos, MV's kit comes with 5 carto's and is $20 less than Vapage and Cropduster's is even less expensive but comes with only 2 carto's.

I don't even attempt that anymore because of that fact.
