Just thought I would check in and let everyone know that the Walnut mod made it safely to Thailand and made someone very happy. Thanks Cappy for your help with this...I really wanted to be able to sell back here rather than "out there"... ;)

oh and I had a question...I have seen people post about Divos...I have a couple but they are not BF...are you getting them modded? I got my Reactor modded but unfortunately it's about a 1/2 mm too big for this little drip cup. I've tried filing it out by hand but that's going to take forever....I'm kind of afraid to take the dremel to it because it's so soft and I don't want to end up ruining it. Anyone got any suggestions???

Are you talking about sanding down the catch cup on the mod? If so, then you would have to go slow and not build up too much heat which might break the CC free from the glue that holds it in.

Speaking of rebuildables, I've seen the M6 for sale on fastech and was wondering if anyone had tried them here.

Link: $4.89 M6 Rebuildable Electronic Cigarette Atomizer (0.6ml) - 2.0-2.2

It seems to be the diameter (16mm) of the old A7, not the new mini A7 (12mm) which I don't like as much as the big one.

I think he will mod them for 15 bucks ish. He also sells them modded when he has them in stock.

Cappy I havn't seen those but if they could be easily modified to fit into the catch cup it might be a good alternative.

Also out of curiosity did you change your catch cup provider? The catch cup in my Cutlass 5.1 has a larger diameter then the vv gen 2.

Thanks Lorikay, the Cruiser has arrived indeed and is so exceptional. I spent the first few days vaping it as it arrived, then I went ahead and drilled the air flow out on the cyclone and finally I fitted the cyclone with a fusion drip tip from vicious ant (Philippines). Thanks again LK and Cappy. She's the pride of my fleet.

Thanks for the tip, cappy..that's exactly why I have not tried to use the dremel...I could just see that going terribly wrong...LOL

Yes I did have Catfish do a reactor for my although he charged me $5 more than he charges everyone else.....not sure why. :( But he did a great job ...I just wish it would fit on the Cruiser. I'll take a look at those new ones on FT.....hmmmmactually I have a little tiny purple aluminum dripper here...I think it was called a Squid when I bought it....and it does fit!!! Looks like it would be easy enough to drill out. What would be really awesome is a drip cup that would let a Cyclone with AFC cap fit....just a thought.

I have been vaping 9 months now, after smoking pack a day for 40 yrs. Wish I had found vaping earlier so glad I did. I spend allot of time browsing ECF where I have learned solo much. When I first saw bottom feeder mod knew I had to have one especially the wood one. I use an RDA and RBA daily plus some Kanger tanks. I am on disability now so I realized a PDib for $400 wasn't in the cards. I like these mods also, can't find prices or how to order.I had searched for RSM Mods before but couldn't find them online. Now that I have I could use some info on them

Ahoy all, hope you all had a fine week. Here we go with the start of another!

Slow around here, getting house repairs done now while the weather is cool and dry, but not working on the batch as hard as I should be!

Hint hint. Temp control and reverse battery protection. Almost the same size!!

When I first heard of the DNA40 I was worried that the size would radically change, but I am relieved that the current RSM mod design will be able to easily incorporate the new board. I am also extremely happy they finally incorporated the reverse battery protection that I thought was going to be in the DNA30.

Now, I just hope I can get my hands on some when the time comes.......

Hi Capt'. It also said at the end of the video that they would be producing a DNA25 with all the new features. I think that Evolve is going in the right direction at the right pace. They are making vaping safer and not just putting out high wattage products with abandonment. I think it's a wise choice staying with them.

Now for the terrible night my Giants had. I guess if your going to have a stinker it might as well come early. The Eagles truly handed them a one sided beating and showed that they backed up trash they spoke. Tip of the hat to the Eagles. Just hope the Giants are as humiliated as us fans and learn from this!

Like Tom Coughlin has preached "Shut Up and Play the Game"!!!

If they have the 40's available I will use them. But that doesn't exclude the possibility that some may be the DNA25's. Originally I was told by Brandon that there was going to be a updated DNA20 with the new features, but it looks like it came out as a 25 instead. I am far from being in the loop as far as insider info goes. I'm just a little builder waving his hands in the sea of other modders wanting these things :D

I'll try to get what I want, but will take what I can get, arrrr

As for the issue of chasing clouds, I've never understood it and I still don't. Just as soon as I crank my wattage up a bit too far it starts to scorch my juice and it taste's bad and the wick quickly becomes gross. I don't understand how you can throw 40 watts into a coil and use it more than a few times before it's caked up with burnt juice. I would experiment on my own, but after 4 years of vaping I know what I love, so why fix it if it isn't broke I guess.

What I did take from the video was, that if you're using the temp control then the power/wattage settings should be rather meaningless. Power/wattage = heat, and your setting the heat instead of the wattage. Possible the higher you set the wattage the faster it will ramp up to the operating temp, but once there it should throttle back the wattage to give you your desired temp. If I understand it right....
