Ahoy all, happy Friday!

Hoping you all have a good weekend. We are gonna have a small birthday party here tomorrow. David (youngest son) is turning 28, and as he will be leaving us this summer when he graduates and heads up to Philadelphia to live with is GF it's our last chance to all get together as a family.... sad ... :(

Them gunwales are awash with urchins cap'n. :)

Sucks the schooner is light on mates :D

I know you'll get back after a serious weekend. I have a question about the Caddy's for box mods. It is stated the box mod slots are 1.2 X 2.2 but the iTaste VTR is just a bit bigger 2 1/4" x 1 1/8" which is 1.125 X 2.25

Will it fit? I want to order your Desk Caddy Holder -Medium - Combo in Cherry

Easily done. Just mention in the comments during checkout what dimensions you want and I will increase them slightly, no problem.

I had no response to the other thread I made, but what bottom feed atomizer are you guys using on your redsky? My first should be coming shortly and I'd like to pick up one that will work well, thanks for your help

twisted kanthal ribbon wire, very good for flavour, but awkward to fit in ANY atty without drilling the post holes out - i mention it to Filthy cos a Chalice is about the most expensive atty he can get and drilling it would be like slapping paint on a Mona Lisa!

The last run of them sold in 4 minutes! :evil:

I'll just add for clarity - that a lot of it depends on what coils you make - if you make microcoils, then any are fine and the cheapest is an A7 or Igo-s. If you do something different, then a RM2 offers the widest space between posts, so can handle a lot of different builds.

Chalices are brutally expensive and hard to get, Divos etc a bit less and so on.

Hey supertrunker, how would you compare RM2 and A7(throat hit, vapor, draw etc)?
I've been using A7 exclusively and thinking about trying RM2. A7 sometimes gives me wet hits that makes me cough, and I think it's because of its design that has the feed hole being the only air hole while, along with wick, straightly lining up to draw hole.

The A7 really only lets you make one kind of coil and it has to be over the central airhole and has little room for fine adjustment. It lacks the ability to drain at all and you rely on your wick to, well wick from the bottom of the atty to the coil. I do know of people that grind that central airhole down to achieve some drainage.

The RM2 has a side airhole, so your can position your coil in a number of different spots depending on the vape you want and you can also raise or lower the coil in relation to the airhole to adjust the TH you want (in my case this is as easy as ramming it down onto the base with a finger!). The ceramic base means one less potential short to worry about and the juice hole is level with the base, so it drains well. Not as well as a Chalice perhaps, but then it's $43 v $$$

I used A7s exclusively until i got an RM2. I have 4 A7s in my toolbox here and all my mods run RM2s now, except when i go stupid and run a dual coil rig on an igo or something. I also think that having a smaller chamber makes for better flavour and the volume of an RM2 is much less than that of the A7.

Hope that helps.

Ahoy all!

Routing, routing, routing! Got a few last minute desk caddy orders in which has suddenly turned an average weekend into a busy damn weekend! Gotta get these all done so I can get back to the batch.

David's b-day party was short, but we had ice-cream cake and a good time was had by all, har!

O CAPTAIN! my Captain! our fearful trip is done;
The ship has weather'd every rack, the prize we sought is won;
The port is near, the bells I hear, the people all exulting,
While follow eyes the steady keel, the vessel grim and daring:
But O heart! heart! heart!
O the bleeding drops of red,
Where on the deck my Captain lies,
Fallen cold and dead.

O Captain! my Captain! rise up and hear the bells;
Rise up--for you the flag is flung--for you the bugle trills;
For you bouquets and ribbon'd wreaths--for you the shores a-crowding;
For you they call, the swaying mass, their eager faces turning;
Here Captain! dear father!
This arm beneath your head;
It is some dream that on the deck,
You've fallen cold and dead.

My Captain does not answer, his lips are pale and still;
My father does not feel my arm, he has no pulse nor will;
The ship is anchor'd safe and sound, its voyage closed and done;
From fearful trip, the victor ship, comes in with object won;
Exult, O shores, and ring, O bells!
But I, with mournful tread,
Walk the deck my Captain lies,
Fallen cold and dead.

Well, I certainly appreciate your hard work there Mon' Capitan! Certainly your workload is a direct reflection of the quality of your wares. Sorry to take your weekend away. I'm especially sad to hear that my desk caddy reduced your time at the Birthday Bash. Take it easy on yourself and feel free to wait on mine until next weekend, if you need that time with family.

It's no big deal, I just like to whine sometimes! Each weekend here is desk caddy weekend, some are busier than others. I can only manage about 2 caddies per day so they sometimes spill over into the beginning of the week when I have a lot of orders.

I was just hoping to get the batch done by the coming weekend :)

Have a great Sunday all, arrrr
