That's incredibly nice! That was one of the stopping points at getting one of those right away. I vape larger attys, primarily. Might have to rethink this if I could get a more universal catch cup.

all wood loving bf er's should have at least one Red Sky mod. Capt' Brian makes them clean n solid at a very fair price imo.

Well, you all have given me more food for thought. Now to figure out how to implement custom CC's.... hmm

I think most people have never heard of RSM, it's not like I advertise on national TV. I believe I've made a whopping 65 or so mods this year so I'm sure that even word of mouth advertising is pretty minimal. It also seems the older I get the slower I am working. Understandable I suppose.

At any rate, CC matter must be resolved soon so I can get started working again on the rest of the batch.

My choice would be a Cutlass with DNA40 and milled CC, or a Cruiser with milled CC. I only have 2 attys left that are small, a Divo and RM2. Everything else is larger, 20-22mm. I would also have to watch my builds as my sweet spot seems to be dual coil .4Ω, which is pushing that 10A limit too close that these are rated for. One mod I actually had in my cart on sale night I can't remember the number, was a Cruiser with gorgeous burl maple, I believe. I lost it when I saw the limitations and held off and it was gone. Oh well, that was my procrastination at fault there. I do love the looks of these and would compliment my collection of Reos. I will have one of these as soon as I can do it..

It was 9278, Black Walnut, Box Elder Burl. So beautiful! Someone scored a real beauty there. But, hey, they're all beautiful!

yeah Cappy, there's the sub ohm crowd to think about if you want to expand your customer base. I stick to about .8 ohm builds so the current limit is fine for me but I see more and more people building in the .4 ohm range. I've got my 6th Cruiser on its way so this is about it for me unless something new comes along. Maybe one day we can have a fully mechanical RSM with a serviceable/cleanable switch :)

On a side note; I generally prefer a one wood mod so it's no surprise that I'm just finding this out, but most of my doors are interchangeable! Yeah they vary a little but most are plenty close enough to change the look now and then. Pretty damn cool :D

Do you have any information or link to some of these switches? I had assumed the manufacturers of the mechanical mods were making their own switches.

On a side note, I've taken a couple Cruisers off the website and am taking down the CC flush and will put them back up when they are ready.

Be interesting to see if they go before the other Cruisers.

And here are the 3.7v, 10 amp, 6 ml Cruisers of the batch.

#9282 - African mahogany, Black walnut (side cut)

Happy Veterans day!

Ok, I couldn't resist the Wood combination on this Cruiser, and the CC will be graciously flush for my Nuppin... now patiently waiting for a Regulated B-F.

Ahoy me 'erties!

I modified a couple of the Cruisers now, here's a pic of the new look on the webpage;

Cruiser-HD - 3.7v feeder models

There are two of them at the moment, I'm also doing a couple more by crewman request.

This is not the preferred way of doing this though, it's actually quite a pain in the bottom to sand off so much metal and not harm the finish.

I will do it differently after this batch, still checking on parts.

Have a great night, arrr

lmao... how can it stick up that much? Is it connecting? Is the pin adjustable...can't remember. I know the magma's 510 runs longer but damn lol
my Nuppin' sat flush and the other 2 had a small gap

And did you have Cappy change out the button? :)

see if your pins are adjustable and get you some O-rings for what gap is left. I think someone posted some recently

magma is still my favorite so far but it's pretty damn big, bulky, and heavy for a wood bf. It's probably gonna hang on my Grand especially since Veritas wont thread on my Grand at all. Veritas is kind of growing on me. Not for an all day vape but it does produce good flavor. Just don't like the way it draws

Ahoy all!

In case anyone else wish's one of the remaining Cruisers and wants the catch cup milled flush, just mention "Flush CC" in the comments box during checkout and I will make it happen. It might delay shipping by a day though.

I found a few o-rings laying about, I will send a couple with the milled down mods. They may or may not work for you but I suppose o-rings are pretty easy to find at home depot and you can get one perfect for the hardware you want to mount on the mod.

Gonna be a busy day again tomorrow, got two more mods that need to be milled down.

I also can't help but notice that all 3 Marauders are still sitting on the website, are tanks loosing popularity and BF rba's gaining?

Night all!
