OK, checked out the app. I like it, Very smooth, everything I clicked loaded faster than my computer loads anything on the site. signing in was easy, navigation was easy. I'd like to test it on a sale night.
My tablet makes the pics look dark though, hard to see detail on darker colored tips, but that's my tablet's problem, nothing to do with the app.

Damselle I agree on the airflow/juice in the mouth thing. I don't need any of that either.

De, only the base is metal. So unless you put the whole tip in your mouth (which brings up all sorts of images :D) your lips won't be touching metal.

ok, but a 9/16 inch trippy is short, and.... everything I've tried to write after that has had to be deleted because it had me laughing too hard LOL
so I'll just say, short trippy tips with a metal base covering 1/3 of them equals the possibility of too much heat near the lips and I don't like it.

Bert tried out the android app worked great, navigation was flawless pictures pulled up fast and looked great. I tried a search on the apple app store could not find the app any where. I tried different combinations of caps and spaces to no avail. That may be me but I could not find it.hope this helps out.

I love both TT styles for different applications. Your explanation makes good business sense. I too will always want classic TTs.

Funny...I've owned over 200 classic TTs. Sera and I were just commenting the other day about how we never drop and break mods. Our friends do all the time. We attribute it to having TTs on them. When we were new Trippy owners we were so conscious and careful of the glass. The mods benefitted from this degree of care to protect the glass. Now it's become second nature. We've never broken a TT.

The only TT that has ever broken on me was a v2. The glass separated from the metal base when removing it from attie.

I'm looking for some people to help me test out the new TrippyTips apps. You can find them by looking at TrippyTips.com on your mobile browser, or by searching the apple/android stores for "TrippyTips". For those of you willing to test out the app I will be able to offer you exclusive deals on purchases from TrippyTips.com, and an optimized experience on your mobile device!

Downloaded and testing.

Good morning! I will check and see what is going on with the apple app and let you all know! It's interesting to see the different takes on the v2, and it is something I would like to explore further. I will make some more v2 buddy+ tips up and put them online later tonight at TrippyTips.com. If you are not sure about the new design I would encourage you to try one and see the difference for yourself. If restricted airflow is your style I am willing to bet that you will find your atomizer does a great job of making for a tighter draw.

Hi everyone, hope ya'll have had a wonderful weekend.

Since I mostly lurk and like now-a-days I debated on saying my 2 cents worth and have won or lost the debate, so here goes.

Personally I will always want the classic Trippy Tips. I was lucky to get (I think it's) the V1 metal base Trippy and as it only fit in one of my tanks I really was concerned. But, to be fair there are lots of variance in the classics too. I just like the all glass but I do see the benefit of the metal base and truely understand the business aspect of it. Like others have mentioned I would like to see an equal offering of classic to metal base tips. Yes I've sent in a couple for repair and if memory serves me right it was for broken o-ring areas on both, one was from dropping and the other from taking out of tank. I did not notice a significant difference in airflow with the V1 but I do see how the metal base opens up the oring/bottom of the tip to allow for more air. I however adjust most with afc on tanks and have not even considered the tip base for that purpose.

Thanks for listening to me....I'll disappear again, but I'll continue to lurk. Love all of ya'll.

I've had my eye on this one for a few days now. My concern is that I will break it in no time, I'm rough on my gear. It being glass in might not make it through a day and don't like vape gear I have to be super careful with.

That's a beautiful "Freddy" TT. Even after everything that's been discussed the last few pages, these TTips are very tough. If you haven't used glass before, it is a great feel.
