Just to be Clear:

Jason Flipping Out and Going Completely Off the Reservation isn't what Infuriated People. Many found it Funny. Many tried to Talk Him down off the Ledge. And Many just Shook their Heads and Rolled their Eyes.

Like I said, No One really Wigged Out over the Rants of a Cleary Unstable (and Most Likely Chemically Induced) individual.

It was 2 Days later when His Totally Wicked lawyers started to Paper Up UKvapers. And Effectively Shut them Down. And that is why I made the Parallel to Cloud9/Totally Wicked earlier in this Thread.

It is Sad that we live in a world where Lawyers Decide what Lab Reports Can and Can't be Published when their clients Lie to their Customers.

I know I have Not Bought a Single Item from Totally Wicked ever since Jason had that Epic Meltdown on UKvaper.com. And then Threated to Sue if UKvapers.com didn't delete all his Post. And the Posts of those who (Rightfully) Skewered him.

This all happened before my time and I know there a lot of UK vapers who take exactly this position and although I don't know the details from what I do know I get it. However the person involved is no longer running the company and TW are legally challenging the EU directive (which will benefit all vapers if they win) so they are a company I will give a second chance.

As I said earlier. I think this the Good that can come out of a Bad Situation.

If a Customer/Retailer asks: Tell the Truth.

If you make the Claim that your e-Liquids are Da/AP Free: Support your Claim with Lab Reports. And encourage Customers/Retailers to Verify your Claim with Independent Lab Findings.

A few internet reailers, at the urging of emails, have removed 5p's from their main menus. From what I can tell however, if you google those stores + five pawns, you can still find the pages and order.

Other than that, the news is great. Every single B&M Five Pawns shop who places veracity, trust, and the health of their customers ahead of profit has publicly come out and denounced Five Pawns for deceiving them.
All None of them.
