In the GIANT Hana clone thread people claim that by setting your wattage .3 past your desired wattage then cycling back down to desired wattage with 3 distinct clicks will somehow trick it into not adjusting on its own.

My 'first round', month and a half old, cloupor does it (although rarely), not much of an issue for the most part.

Yea mine is the "latest" one and came with a nice dent on the side (not blatantly obvious, but its def there) and it still does the wattage drop thing like the earlier ones. I tried the "fix" with surpassing by .3 and cycling back down, but that did not make a difference. I found it stays when I put it into stealth mode, or maybe it just hasn't done it stealth mode yet. Who knows.

Just took possession of a fasttech Hana clone to compare alongside the Cloupor Cana clone I have. Immediately noticed how heavier and more solid feeling the Cloupor is - it's probably thicker metal - and the Fasttech hasn't got a protective cover over the electronics, and the display is very slightly off centre... can't complain for the price, but build quality shows, not all clones are created equal :)

Are you scrolling past, Then separately pressing down 0.3w, 0.1w at a time?

Question:
Any tips on taking the battery out on these? I got my first one out, but it was tough...I used a paperclip to pry it out and nicked up my battery a bit...Im thinking of putting a ribbon underneath it, to help pull it out. I searched, but couldnt find anything.. I wanna charge them separately, to have the same lifespan on both my new batteries...
I just kinda use my thumb to hold down the bottom of the battery and get one finger with a grip on the edge of the top of battery and lever/pivot the battery out. Hope that makes sense.

Have a question for you other owners. It appears that every time i screw in my KFL, it screws farther in. Like the airflow hole keeps spinning more and more around. Am i ruining the pin in my 510 connection? Is there a way to like reset it or anything? Or its it going to keep getting pressed down until my atty is completely flush?

Really starting to love this thing. Sticking around 1.3ohms and 15w with the kfl+v2 and I'm getting excellent vape and surprisingly good battery life with a vtc5. Still no wattage drop while locked and the workaround mentioned a few pages back seems to work while its unlocked. It did wake up randomly the other day but no firing and it went back to sleep just fine. Also, I still haven't used the onboard charging system but I'm sure I'll try it one day when Im away from home and feeling a little more brave. How is everyone else charging these things? Any issues using the internal charger?

I've only used the internal charger with no problems. Usually charge it overnight.

I got tired of taking the back cover off and taking the battery out putting a fresh one in, just left in there and been using the usb charger with no problems. Both of my clones does not get the green light so I just do a quick push on the fire button to look at the battery charge. I'm also using vtc5's, I just received some efest 18650 20A 3100mah batts going to give it a try, maybe I'll get a longer battery life but I doubt though lol I vape too much :D
