Nice lookin coil there and nice bend in the leg like a pro!
Thanks! I put that bend in the leg after I mounted the coil in the atty. I just used the mandrel and pushed the wire into that shape.

So, I'll be honest never believed in the hype with these things. Not much of a learning curve with them, and I might do a video in a couple hours of it for a small review. Really isn't a way to put it through it's paces to see how well it works haha. Made 4 coils, two 28g, two 26g coils and worked flawless each time. Now seeing pictures, I got careless on pulling out the starter wrap, but it was a trial run of it. It's so easy I got my dad to do one which is saying a lot haha. If it wasn't for the giveaway Russ did, I wouldn't have tried these. It was worth the $5 to get this and try one. I only see one complait, but I'm gonna wipe the threading out and see if it eliminates the squeaking of it.

I actually discussed what I believe what a serious rebuilder would like to see in the DIY kit with them. I suggested a high end "super_X" edition with high quality USA made tools and a zip open lay flat style bag with pockets rather than that foam. Yes, I have also suggested a second set of rods.

In other news, another company sent me a similar style coiler to review. I have already used it and it has pluses and minuses compared to the coil master. Each has its strong(er) points
